Spent 5 minutes listening to a guy talk (non-stop profanity) about how he got transferred and he wasn't liked in the store because he was loud and black. Never once did he acknowledge that I was standing there.

Went through the drive through.... only one other customer in front of me. Waited over 5 minutes just to have my order taken. Arrived at window. Ordered all large and charged for large fries, drinks, etc..... got all medium. Sandwiches were cold and fries taste like they're cooked in super old grease. I love Arby's but this location has constantly missed the mark on the last 4 visits. Definitely not worth the exorbitant pricing.

This location is always so friendly and professional. The fries are cold sometimes but overall the food is good and the friendliness of the staff is great.
If you go through this driveway, check your bag… 90% of the time you are missing something. Then when you call horrible customer service.

Girl taking my order messed up, but I corrected her and didn't seem to be an issue. She was probably new but come on its a family deal and I didn't edit anything, just a simple coupon. Anyway, waited a while. No big deal. Normally that means fresh food, so I had no problem. 15 minutes later, I got the food and went on my way. On the drive home, my daughter screams, pretty usual. I reach to get a fry and grab a cold fry out of a half full "medium" fry. Come on. Who serves this crap. Get home and take out the food to find a fry was missing. After eating the few cold fries that they decided to give us, old, trash-worthy, so called "premium" chicken nuggets, and two tiny sandwiches, I thought I'd leave a review, which I never do. They succeeded in scamming me out of 15 bucks. If you're going drive thru, pick a different place. You're welcome.

Past few times I’ve gone, our sandwiches have not been made properly. They put maybe a dime size of cheese on when we get doubles or half pound. They’ve been very dry and I throw my sandwich away every time. Never had this problem before with them, only the last few times. Kept going back in hopes it would change and it hasn’t, very disappointing. Won’t be wasting my money on them anymore.
