I visited on 2/14 Horrible customer service was told they didn't open until 6am and I had just been the morning before and was served before 6am with no problem once I left and googled the hours it say 5am so the lady today lied how do you hold a franchise and make your own hours you are supposed to follow through with cinnabon guidelines thanks for the awful customer service this morning

We drove 35 minutes for awful service and not fresh cinnamon rolls. When we approached the counter, an employee named Renee was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said they were closed when it was only 12:30, and she was on her phone. Extremely rude and we will never come back again because of her.

Don't waste your time stopping for a Cinnabon not open as advertised during hours of operation.

The buns were dry and hard to swallow. I won't get anymore. And the station employee acted like she didn't even want to be there. Get another job if you hate it that bad. I hate employees that act like they're doing you a favor, no hunny you're getting paid to do a job and do it the best way you can...with a smile.

The worker named Kiona was very unprofessional. She had an attitude because the regular worker was on a lunch break. She said she was not working the Cinnabon area even though she had on a Cinnabon shirt. She was rude to customers causing some of them to walk away.

Again , why does it say open till 7 but they are closed at 5:50 ??? I bought the ones they had available on the shelf and I wish I hadent ! Most STALE dessert I ever had !
