The manager names ALEX WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. She admitted she made my order wrong and gave excuses as to why it was made wrong! She said the store is busy so thatâs why my order was wto g she also refused a refund which is against policy! She hung up in my face wouldnât give me her name I had to have my husband call back to get her name. So bad for business and a lousy half ass manager. Never apologize for the order being wrong just hung up in my face.

Bacon and chicken undercooked in sandwich. Was told the didnât serve raw food and was hung up on. Earlier in the week I ordered a pizza and the crust was to burnt to eat. Will not be ordering from there again

Walked in to order. Lady taking my order kept getting interrupted. Literally he interrupted me while I was speaking more than one time. He was bossing people around so I am guessing he was the manager. He also was not even in uniform (Nike shirt, non-dominos hat). People also kept coming in and the make-line was clearly the priority, not the customers. The store was clean. Everyone else was nice when they spoke.

Came to pick up my order and they were obviously pretty busy, no big deal. Had to listen to the manager or shift lead loudly berate his employees yelling things such as âJesus, what are you doing focusâ across the kitchen to one of the employees amongst other things. Completely unprofessional and was treating his employees like they were not human beings. I wouldâve quit on the spot if I worked there. Food was fine but I feel bad that the employees are having to put up with someone yelling at them like that instead of keeping cool and helping solve the situation at hand. Was here at 6:40ish pm on 4/4. I was order #1793

I know this might sound creepy but we pulled up while this sweet older gentleman was preparing our food and we could see inside the window. He was so gentle and caring while packing up our pizza and sides and it was just so nice to see the care that was put into it. I experienced so much sonder for this man, that I cried. Whoever you are, if you see this, I hope you have a wonderful life filled with happiness. I donât even care that the pizza is sitting on my lap and burning my leg right now.
The dedication to good service and food is commendable.
