Once again, Dad and I had an amazing lunch at Locals Dockside in St. Marys, Georgia. As returning customers, we can confidently say this place never disappoints. The service was excellent — a special shout-out to Paula for being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We truly had a great time and always enjoy the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere here. Locals Dockside continues to be one of our favorite spots, and we look forward to many more visits.

Crab cake was disappointly mushy, absolutely NO lump meat as stated on menu. Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. Server was pleasant, but it took a while after we were seated for her to come to the table. Interior clean, but a little stark and cold with bright celing lights. Location on the water and the sunset was beautiful.

Ordered the blackened shrimp. Waited an hour and a half before food arrived. Shrimp was cold and the size was almost the size of salad shrimp. Will not revisit.

All of the locals recommended this place, so we had to check it out. Now, I can see why. Four of us went here for dinner last night. Two of us ordered the all you can eat shrimp platter, I got the Fried Oysters platter and our landlubber friend had Fettuccine Alfredo. We all enjoyed our dishes. Cooked to perfection. Oh, on the all you can eat shrimp platter, the ladies did not order a second round.
Service was fast and the food was fresh. Our server Roe made sure all of our needs were taken care of.
In short we enjoyed our meal.
My one complaint or suggestion would be to consider some noise abatements measures. It was so loud that we had to shout to hear each other. It was really crazy loud.

The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. The restaurant was clean but lacked unique character given the mix of big screen TVs for sports with random local art on the walls. The overhead lights were white rather than a soft, warm color. Our family of 3 had fried oysters, mediterranean salad with grilled chicken and kids cheeseburger. The fried oysters were on the small side and over breaded. The salad was a good portion but the dressing was just ok and it was unfortunate that shrimp was the only option of protein to accompany it. We felt it was a bit pricey for the quality/value.
