I went on a particularly busy Monday night. Despite the huge workload and cranky customers, the staff handled themselves very well. They deserve a raise and more help!

Waste of money!!! Started off getting at the store. Got there told them my name and they said it was not ready which is fine even though I ordered online advance. 8 min go by I go back up and ask they said it was not ready. 15 min go by I go back up again and I all I see is workers on there phone playing on them and even watch movies while working. ( which is slowing them down.) even the manager had earbuds and employees too. Anyways I got my food which by the way was not good was not correct and cold which tells me that it’s been there and they overlooked. Service was slow and not a clean place. Nothing was clean and things were laying around. Causing safety issues. Managers need to be fired. Won’t be surprised if placed closed down soon due to health reasons. They are going to get people sick. I will be taking my business somewhere else next time!!!!

Ordered at 5:30, delivery time was supposed to be 6:20. Here i am 2 hours later and still no pizza. If you order from here, by GOD do it before you even realize you're hungry. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

The manager is unprofessional and unwilling to correct orders. This is not the first time we have received bad service. The delivery guy was great even though he went to the wrong house. He was super nice to us. I would warn anyone to really check their order. This manager is sketchy.

Waited over an hour to never receive our order. We were offered a free pizza, but we could have gotten food from somewhere else in the time we waited. Offering a future free pizza does nothing for us now when it's 11 at night and everything is closed.

We ordered the deal BOGO large 1-topping with wings for a total of $35 including 4.99 service fee. Service fee is silly. Ordering from a company you expect service. That's part of buying their product. fees started because of gas prices during covid. There's no need to continue that. Came earlier than expected. Friendly driver. Have ordered multiple times but this time the quality of the food was not seen. One box had a dried up jalapeño compared to the other box. It was mostly dough. Sauce and cheese didn't come close to the edges.
The general manager is rude and hangs up in your face I don’t think she even washes her hands and I have seen a cockroach in the building

So I ordered and waited for my order. When I checked the tracker it said it was already delivered but I didn't get any food. I proceeded to call and pressed the option for a manager to ask if it was a mistake or something like that. When the woman answered the phone she told me they made a mistake and the order was being remade and is on the way. I said ok and she said call back in 20 minutes to make sure. If it was already made and on the way why would I call back in 20 minutes. She stated she didn't know where I was located even though she pulled me up with my address and when I tried to tell her I was less than 5 miles away she proceeded to cut me off and then hang up on me. Great customer service...

This is the worst PAPA John's I've ever ordered from. My pizza really was not that good. The cookie I ordered was hard as a brick. When I called the manager do you thick she said I'm sorry, NO she did not. Just bring it back and we will replace it. As I told her I'm disabled and will get there when I can. Do you thick she said I'm sorry Sir, I will put your name down for your next order for a cookie. Nope! But that's fine, I was a big advocate for Papa John's pizza. They always got my business. No I will never order from them again all over a simple $7 dollar cookie. Goodby papa john's! Hello Domino's!!!!!!
