So I ordered and waited for my order. When I checked the tracker it said it was already delivered but I didn't get any food. I proceeded to call and pressed the option for a manager to ask if it was a mistake or something like that. When the woman answered the phone she told me they made a mistake and the order was being remade and is on the way. I said ok and she said call back in 20 minutes to make sure. If it was already made and on the way why would I call back in 20 minutes. She stated she didn't know where I was located even though she pulled me up with my address and when I tried to tell her I was less than 5 miles away she proceeded to cut me off and then hang up on me. Great customer service...

Tried to order 5 pizzas. The person on the other line couldn’t answer any of my questions. I mean he barely could speak English. I’m tired of all the box stores sending the calls to a call center.

This is the worst PAPA John's I've ever ordered from. My pizza really was not that good. The cookie I ordered was hard as a brick. When I called the manager do you thick she said I'm sorry, NO she did not. Just bring it back and we will replace it. As I told her I'm disabled and will get there when I can. Do you thick she said I'm sorry Sir, I will put your name down for your next order for a cookie. Nope! But that's fine, I was a big advocate for Papa John's pizza. They always got my business. No I will never order from them again all over a simple $7 dollar cookie. Goodby papa john's! Hello Domino's!!!!!!

Order contact less and always get a call and have to go grab the pizza either way from the driver. They Never get our sauces right we pay extra for sauces and they consistently do not give the right sauce. Saying something so far hasn't changed anything.

Places an order and didn’t deliver until an HOUR later. Paid almost 60 dollars for two large pizza’s and extra sauce and the pizza’s came cold with NO sauce. Very disappointed, will not be ordering from them again. Get your moneys worth some place else, folks!

They claimed they made the order, an hour later they called and said it was being "remade". They then called nearly an hour later again and claimed that the delivery driver had stolen the pizza and it would be made a 3rd time. At this time we canceled our order. Will never order from this location again.
Tried to order on line. Had multiple problems so ordered by phone. Very nice lady on the phone. But when my Works Xtra Large pizza arrived it had very few toppings and was kind of oily. The worst pizza I ever received from Pappa Johns. Also did not get reward points because it was not an on line order. ST Marys Papa Johns this is the first bad experience so better luck next time when I try again.`
