This is one of the great neighborhood bar/ restaurants. A truly lost art. Rick and his family have created a brilliantly authentic experience for the area. The shrimp and grits are just spectacular. The atmosphere outside is inviting, warm and brilliantly southern coastal. And they make unbelievable homemade onion rings and grits. Wow!

If you have a family, this is the best place in town. If you have no family, this is the best place in town. If you like great home cooked food for the soul, this is the best place in town. If you want great, hardworking and polite service, this is the best place in town. Not to mention the best bartender this side of the river. This is a wonderful family owned local business that deserves the business of this community.

We were in town passing through and stumbled upon this spot! It lived up to the great reviews. The food was amazing. We had gyros, fries, and Gouda grits. The grits were the best we have ever had! And the gyro portions were HUGE! The service was great and it was clear the owner takes pride in his restaurant (as he should!). Already looking forward to coming back if we’re ever back in the area!

food was amazing and clearly fresh i got the cajan chicken salad, and tried the cheese bites with caramel and jelly, it reminded me of fair food :3 my bf got a burger and it was juicy and clearly hand patty-ed. the waitress was really sweet, she even gave us zebra cakes before we left! i liked the vibe and decoration of the restaurant. was way better than expected. i never leave reviews but this place impressed me!

Off the main strip. Delightful little indoor/outdoor restaurant, bar, dance and karaoke venue. Owner takes great pride in service, food, staff and guests. Most food items are made on site by the mother/son chefs. Great pricing and great portions.
