The atmosphere nice and quiet. Service is good depending on who at the front desk. Some not cheerie like others. The bread sticks are nice. Pizza good too, but I'm at that point we're it give me a lot of heart burn. I like their wings too

The flatbread pizza was decent, but service left aomething to be desired. Pizza Hut definatel isn’t what it used to be. Brunswick definately has a bwtter Pizza Hut.

Took forever to get a pizza order before getting there and sat and waited 30+ minutes, plus the 20 mins I ordered before getting there, wasn’t great food either. Just go elsewhere

I ordered a large supreme pizza tonight from the Pizza Hut in St Mary’s, Ga. I took a screenshot of my order and what I paid for it. I went to pick up my order, got home and I had a large cheese pizza and the receipt was for $17.11. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with a manager and told him what I received but I had ordered a large supreme online and what I had paid was $20.19. I also told the manager I had taken a screenshot of my order. The manager wouldn’t believe what I was telling him. The manager wouldn’t give me my money back or correct my order. He said his receipt said I had ordered a large cheese pizza. I told the manager that $20.19 came out of my bank and he still wouldn’t believe me. They told me I would have to order again to get a supreme pizza and pay for it again.

They keep singing and it loud can’t even hear them take my order
I ordered Italian Meat Pasta... They claim it is packed with sweet tomato sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, cheese, shredded Parmesan... IT'S NOT.
My pasta was burnt to a crisp on the top, after peeling off the burnt layer, there no tomato sauce on 80% of the pasta, there was a no Italian sausage in the entire bowl, and it lacked shredded parmesan. Absolutely terrible, I'm not an even sure how they thought they made the dish correctly.
The only saving grace is the manager was extremely understanding and work to correct their mistake. I'm just baffled how you forget to put the meat and sauce in a pasta bowl. ?

Ordered online at 6:21pm, order was to be ready at 6:36. Got to the restaurant for pick up and it was not ready. The person at the counter was friendly but there were several angry customers waiting for their order and/or for mistakes to be fixed. When I clicked on the "track my order" button on my confirmation email, it stated that my order was ready and waiting - but it was not. Not sure why it said it was ready to be picked up. Finally came out at 6:48pm. Wasn't offered any plates/napkins/condiments. When I asked, I was told "there's a fork in the pasta box" and handed a plate and a couple of napkins. Would have liked some parm and a bag to carry all of this, but the staff didn't seem to want to be bothered. However, the pizza was made correctly and quite tasty. The pasta was just okay. But, this is PIZZA hut, not pasta hut, so I'm not mad at that. (forgot to take photos!)
Go twice a month outing with grandsons.
