From looking at the pictures I can tell this isn’t an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Saigon Tokyo that has Thai food too, pass lol
I love their Pad Thai and Sweet and Sour Chicken. We will stop in for boba tea and it’s always great. I do wish they offered the teas through DoorDash.

We stopped here for an early dinner and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a "why are you here?" Sort of attitude. We were honestly questioning if they were open because of the atmosphere. The server was friendly enough but she certainly didn't go out of her way. We ordered a sushi roll and she only brought one set of chopsticks for the two of us which was odd. The food was fine but nothing special.

Food was good. I had the General TSO chicken.
Disappointed with the Pad Thai. I love getting it everywhere I travel, but it didn’t taste fresh at all. The shrimp was tasteless and rubbery; chicken was disgusting; the beef was just ok; and the noodles were gooey. Not impressed. The gyoza was good though. Don’t think I’ll come back.
The food is pretty decent, The boba is definitely worth every penny.Customer service is amazing, not much talking but the lady understands everything perfectly.
Yo y’all need to chilll! If it’s Asian food and they got attitude then you know the food is good. STAY TOXIC SAIGON!!
Ordered the fried soft shell crab, item cost almost $11.00, however there was literally one crab cut in half, along with 3 pieces of fried vegetables. This item is a total rip off, and not worth ordering. Order of rice noodles was literally worthless. Definitely not impressed with the order.

Weird vibes, run down place, never saw another customer there. Bathroom faucet has something visibly growing on it. Clearly not suitable for public use and needs to be replaced. -1 star. Customer service was poor -1 star, Staff played d*** games. They didn't know if they sell Salmon, yeah okay your a sushi resturant who doesn't know if they sell any items with Salmon in it. right... -2 stars.
Looks run down from outside but gave it a try. The lady was very nice and helpful. Very attentive customer service. (It wasn’t busy) our drinks were flat and didn’t taste right from the fountain machine. I asked for fried gyoza‘s but they were still rubbery. My fiancé ordered fresh spring rolls they were very skinny flimsy like not holding together. We ordered pho which we love but the noodles weren’t rinsed or cooked proper. So it left very starchy milky residue in the broth and awful taste. I wasn’t very pleased. I love love love pho but was let down. We love supporting local but it wasnt the spot. I used the bathroom before I left it was very dusty, rusty, and didn’t look clean. The toilet was broken and looked like water leak around toilet.

Fantastic food but last time I ordered take out (shrimp fried rice) the shrimp were spoiled! This is the only time I have ever had any issues with the food but please throw away bad old food instead of including it in orders.
As a former server the only thing I would recommended is to not ask “if everything is ok here,” three times within a 10 min. span. Other than that everything was good. Oh, and by the way the lady that works there is not being rude, people have to understand that not everyone is born in the US so we don’t adopt the same mannerisms. Lastly, this is not a fast food restaurant so don’t expect to have your food out quickly especially if they are likely understaffed.
Went here for food hoping that the pho was good…. When we arrived the table was dirty and the drinks they brought out tasted weird. We ordered a spring roll and that too was disgusting. The peppers and spices for the pho weren’t fresh and looked like they had been sitting out for several days. I would not recommend coming here for food unless you don’t care about the freshness and quality of the food you’ll receive.

I try to hit Saigon Tokyo whenever I’m in town. It’s my favorite spot anywhere for Pho, but they really do everything really well. Their fried rice is perfect - not like a lot of what passes for fried rice in many larger Chinese or Asian-styled restaurants. The owner-operators are always nice. I see comments about “attitude” - I think shyness or introverted-ness might be misinterpreted as rude. Get over yourselves and enjoy the food … it’s the best you might find anywhere ❤️
