Sonic Drive-In

Not a great experience. It took 20 minutes for our food to come out. My milkshakes were melted and all the server (who informed us she just clocked in) wanted to do was complain about the shift she just inherited. This was our 2nd bad experience in a row and I can't say we will be returning any time soon.

I have bought food from this Sonic for more than 4 years. I have repeatedly been disappointed in their preparation of their sonic blasts. I order the Reese's Sonic blast. They are not cheap. I generally order a large. But after several visits I noticed that I had very few Reese's in the Sonic blast. I began ordering the extra Reese's which comes at an extra cost. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 footlong coneys and a medium reese's Sonic Blast. When I was handed my Sonic blast at the window I immediately noticed that it looked like regular ice cream with no Reese's. The server at the window reassured me that it was in there. Normally they are sprinkled on the top. This looked like straight ice cream. When I went to eat the Reese's Sonic blast I realized immediately that there was a VERY SMALL AMOUNT of Reese's in the Sonic blast. I look up the telephone number online and called the store. However, the number is non-functional. So I went back to the website to find a way to contact Sonic concerning the issue. I found a number that I was able to text. I explained my situation. To compensate I was offered a $5 gift card to be sent to my home. The cost of the Reese's blast, medium is $6.29. The $5 gift card would not have covered the cost.. not to mention the gas required to return to the store.
This is a very unprofessional way to handle a situation like this.

Based on this situation, I would urge customers to look closely at their orders to be sure that they have received what they have paid for. In my experience, when ordering a Sonic blast from this Sonic store, you are at high risk of not getting what you pay for.

Extremely rude, and food was terrible. Asked for stuff got the wrong thing then they complained about me wanting what I ordered for. I could hear them talking trash about me outside. Terrible place never go. They need to close this sonic down.

Unbelievable. I ordered a coney and a drink. Took an understandable amount of time for service, but it was only my drink and nothing else. The guy who gave me my drink said he would be back with a straw but I’m still waiting 15 minutes later. I’m about to just leave because this is ridiculous.

The food was good, service was prompt. The young lady who manages this location was a bit rude to myself and another, but over, not bad for a quick lunch stop.

This Sonic is the worst. You are guaranteed to wait for at least 30 minutes for a drink, food wait even longer. The people aren't helpful and some even rude. Don't come to this one.

They use really fresh ingredients and it makes a world of difference. This has become our local go to for fast food.

Got lunch food way before they Started lunch, and they still made it, it was extremely tasty and the person who gave us the food was very nice. Would recommend fully.

This location is very dirty and old the food is mid and customer service is ok. I wish you had better staff at this location, Managers look like stressed all the time and they treat customer like there being bothered. Truly poor experience!?

Tried a smash burger and cheese fries combo. The burger was fresh and tasty, but the cheese fries seemed like they placed craft singles over a batch of old fries and nuked them in the microwave. You could make far better in an air fryer for a fraction of the cost. If you want cheap crappy food, just go with a classic coney and a limeade and don't be experimental with their menu.
