It’s always clean and tidy, the food is just Wendy’s food, so nothing to write home about, but the service is amazing. The first time I went here on a solo bike trip they gave me an extra burger for free. Second time they gave me suggestions on what’s cheaper, and gave me sauce for free. Absolutely phenomenal.

Placed a mobile order for drive-thru. When I arrived, the employee told me my order was placed for pick-up inside, and I'd have to come in. I parked, checked my receipt, confirmed it was placed for drive-though and drove back around to clarify, I was able to show on my receipt that my order was placed for drive-thru and that I had my son who has special needs with me, which was really prohibitive to me getting out of the car. The employee was disinterested in my receipt, insisted that I was messing up her drive-thru, and defensively shouted that all I had to do was say that if I had a special needs child with me. I replied that this is what I was in the process of doing. I tried again to show that my receipt indicated the order was placed for the drive-thru and that the issue appears to be of a technical nature with the location's order fulfillment system. By this point, I had already been shouted at. I expressed an interest in speaking with her GM, and she said l can talk to whoever I want, I can talk to Donald Trump, but she isn't going to help me. I repeated my insistence that she put me in touch with her leadership. Another employee came to the window and started telling me to calm down, and that this was the manager on duty. I continued to assert my need to speak with the GM when the first employee slammed the window shut and began mocking me to her peers and saying I need to start acting like I care about my disabled son. My food is missing ingredients I paid extra for, and conspicuously saturated with a viscous transparent fluid. I repeatedly expressed that this was an unacceptable customer service experience, and it needed to be escalated. I was told to figure that out myself. This experience was beyond the pale. My children were frightened, I was insulted and personally attacked, and I am left with food in an inedible state. Please contact me immediately.

What happen to hot and juicy burgers at Wendy’s ? Burger and Bun was dry fries were cold not to mention the inside of the dirty restaurant windows floors and tables nobody in there …. Wonder Why!! Never Again!

Ordered 2, Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, and they forgot bacon on both of them. I tried to call and complain, but it seems their phone number has been disconnected. Which is why I'm now here.

The last few times that I have used the drive through apparently the person at the window was having trouble understanding my order I had to repeat it twice she was talking to someone else while taking my order, anyway my orders have been wrong each time so far I have not complained but now it is getting out of hand, they need a responsible person on duty to oversee that the orders are correct, Aug 3rd I ordered 2 #5 biscuits, sausage & cheese, I got biscuits & sausage only. I also am a shareholder, which is very disturbing!

The chili was a red sauce with old hamburger patties cut up in it, maybe 4 beans. Caesar chicken salad had no green leaf only the white hard part of the lettuce. Chicken tasted old. Fries were very good and crispy. Husband said burger was decent.
