The last few times that I have used the drive through apparently the person at the window was having trouble understanding my order I had to repeat it twice she was talking to someone else while taking my order, anyway my orders have been wrong each time so far I have not complained but now it is getting out of hand, they need a responsible person on duty to oversee that the orders are correct, Aug 3rd I ordered 2 #5 biscuits, sausage & cheese, I got biscuits & sausage only. I also am a shareholder, which is very disturbing!

The chili was a red sauce with old hamburger patties cut up in it, maybe 4 beans. Caesar chicken salad had no green leaf only the white hard part of the lettuce. Chicken tasted old. Fries were very good and crispy. Husband said burger was decent.

I wish I had taken pictures sorry I didn't. I had the most best experience at Wendy's on Osborne the young lady behind the counter with the long blonde hair was so nice to me and my food that I got for me and my daughter oh my gosh everything was fresh that was the best Junior baconator I've ever had the young man behind the counter that made my food he was right on top of it and they both need raises they both need a free lunch because they gave great service and it just made me feel so good thank you Wendy's and I mean that. That's the best anyone has make me feel in a long time going out to eat. And I understand they don't have to make me feel good but it is nice to feel good when you go in a restaurant and people are genuinely nice to you and they were genuine the whole restaurant they were genuine.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. And this day revealed why. The manager was rude and refused to take responsibility for their error. What's worse, implied a threat to call Saint Marys police is i refused to pull forward to wait for them to correct my order. I have never received a receipt at this restaurant, the machine conveniently never works. But I realize now, without a receipt, there's no evidence to rate service through corporate. Level the restaurant.
