I wish I had taken pictures sorry I didn't. I had the most best experience at Wendy's on Osborne the young lady behind the counter with the long blonde hair was so nice to me and my food that I got for me and my daughter oh my gosh everything was fresh that was the best Junior baconator I've ever had the young man behind the counter that made my food he was right on top of it and they both need raises they both need a free lunch because they gave great service and it just made me feel so good thank you Wendy's and I mean that. That's the best anyone has make me feel in a long time going out to eat. And I understand they don't have to make me feel good but it is nice to feel good when you go in a restaurant and people are genuinely nice to you and they were genuine the whole restaurant they were genuine.

Just stopped here after my VA clinic appointment on a whim, this was the best freshest Dave's double I've ever had and the bread was even freshly toasted! Very happy with my order.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. And this day revealed why. The manager was rude and refused to take responsibility for their error. What's worse, implied a threat to call Saint Marys police is i refused to pull forward to wait for them to correct my order. I have never received a receipt at this restaurant, the machine conveniently never works. But I realize now, without a receipt, there's no evidence to rate service through corporate. Level the restaurant.

Total was 11.76$ gave them 2 5s a dollar 3 quarters and a penny. Asked for 4$ more, guess we can’t count anymore.
Staff is rude. Why complain out loud about us politely ordering more nuggets when there's only 1 other person in line? Not like we were rude about it, added an entire meal or ordered while it was busy. Say it with your chest and tell it to our face, don't scream at your staff about it. Won't be back.

I was Doordashing and got an order right before they closed. I was informed they were out of almost everything that the customer wanted, and Cortlyn, I think was her name, at the window was SO patient and kind. She ended up replacing the food they couldn’t make with anything else that the customer wanted, even if it was more expensive. She was SO kind and generous to both me, and the customer. I wanted to tip her but had no cash on me, sadly. Employees like her make people’s day. Way to go Cortlyn and keep up the great work!

The lady in the drive through window wouldn't even look at me. I paid nearly $11.00 for ONE combo, which was cold, the bun stale and it only had meat and pickles on it. The fries were cold and stale also and I THINK I had nuggets, but I couldn't say that's what they were for sure. What a waste of money to get bad food from rude staff.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered delivery with a spicy chicken meal, Dave’s single no onions, and a vanilla frosty. They didn’t make sure the driver grabbed the frosty, and the gave me 2 Dave’s singles, one of which had onions.
