The mgmt at this location couldn’t be more inept if it was a 5 yr old with a coloring book. Ordered a pizza for delivery an hour later I have to pick up myself and they won’t refund the tip or delivery charge. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t fulfill. I will be calling corporate. This is the worst pizza and service I have ever had. Close this location already. Look at all the bad reviews. Do not waste your money here.

Music was loud and vulgar music playing. More worried about standing around talking. Ssid they didnt have my order ready.. thst i afnt plaace one. I had to go get my phone out the car to prove i did. The my food wad dry and burnt

Why do they still offer the pick-up window as an option because it doesn't seem like it's a thing anymore? If I could give ZERO stars for the customer service at this location, I would. Two years ago, I had no issues with this location (except that the wings are a joke, but I learned that lesson.) Once the tracker said my order was ready, I drove to the pick-up window and sat there for 10 minutes, and watched three different employees walk by and look right at me multiple times. I parked and went inside, no acknowledgement. Maybe it was my fault, because this same scenario happened awhile back, but it was raining so I thought I'd try again.
I will say that the food is always great (again, except for the wings, but Pizza Hut is right next door and their wings are usually good.)
I generally have empathy for the staff at places like these because I worked in the service industry for twenty years and customers can definitely be nightmares. But if you're that miserable that you just look at a customer waiting at the window and walk by over and over without opening the stupid window and giving them their order, maybe you need to find a different job.

Well, the pizza crust is hard as bricks. I don’t why they won’t do the pizza fresh. This is the second pizza I’ve gotten from them because I live in the area. I really hope the next pizza can be fresh and the veggies actually cooked.

I'm not sure what has happened to this location but it's not good anymore. 2 times in a row I've gotten pretty bad food. First was raw I had to stick it in oven . Then cheese pull apart bread looking like this. I miss the old staff that cared how their food looked and tasted.

Kinda should have known better to orderv at the time i did. The pizza definitely wasnt as hot as i like them. It Sat in limbo at quality check for ATLEAST 15 minutes...one pizza. showed up at my door 30 minutes later. No warning. Crust was over done and almost felt stale. Waste of money😑🤦🏼♀️

I placed my order online. When the tracker said it was ready I headed up to the store to pick it up. When I entered I was not acknowledged by any of the employees. I stood at the register for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There were over five employees working at the time and not one could help me apparently. I ended up leaving without pizza. Luckily I did not pay online and opted to pay in store. I will never go back to this location ever again. Terrible customer service.
