Food was delivered, atmosphere rating does not apply. Everyone was so kind, pleasant and helpful. I spoke with a young lady at corporate concerning my app, I called the store to follow up to make sure they received my order and had a pleasant conversation with the driver. The pizzas were hot and delicious. Everyone and the food exceeded my expectations. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I give this store a 1 star because I called this store last night to place a order at 11pm , and I was told by jessie that the register are down so they aren't taking any orders, I told him I could place the order online and pay on line and he told me ill have to be there before 11:15 which that is the last time to place a order for pick up I told him I can order now and I was already outside so I could of picked up soon as it was don't than I was told I couldn't order on at this Moment the cooks are done cooking I than asked for a manger he said I am the manger I said can I have the area manger or general manger information and I was told no. I was so shocked he said honestly we haven't had a customer in over a hour so we closed ,early .

Literally ordered a pizza then kept checking the app after 30 minutes had gone by then called the store for them to tell us our order was cancelled on their end due to weather but gave no notice to us don’t order from here service was also awful when trying ti handle the situation

Ordered curbside pickup and they left me sitting outside in my car in 100 degree heat waiting. Finally had to go inside to get my order. Why offer curbside and then refuse to take the order out to the customer

Ordered online. Checked out about 9:23pm with an estimated delivery of 11:08pm. Opted to pay in cash. Called at 11:11pm only to be told the were out of an item I ordered & canceled the order. I received no notification of this by text, email, through the app , or even a phone call.
Now it's to late to go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.
