The skinny old white lady was rude to the customers and the other employee while he was doing all the work. She was rude and all over the place while the kid there was nice and doing all the work. She was also complaining about all the mobile orders when we said we had a mobile order. This place is always slow even if you’re the only person there.

I hate to complain about things but this has to be said I’m 56 and all the times I’ve been to subway I’ve never had these types of problems . As I entered the store I went to the restroom first thing, as I went in the bathroom it was dirty and bug catchers under the sink, when I went to throw my napkin away there was dead bugs by the trash!!! After using the restroom I ordered my food the service wasn’t good at all rushed me and also had no hair net on which in case when I got home there was a peace of hair in my food which was very upsetting knowing I’ve heard from winders subway that the manager and others the mgr hired consume hard drugs in which a lady that had tattoos was talking to a customer in-front of me informing her of the bad conditions both stores I’ve been to have. There manger which in case I’ve heard about why living in statham is very rude to her workers and I’ve once over heard her try to correct someone about MY food I was paying extra for I apologize to the young woman working for the fact she was correctly making my order. I love to get lunch here when I get off work but the place gets worse and worse I’ve tried winder subway and it’s no better that statham. I use a lot of review apps most of the time, I use tripadvisor and the pictures attached are from a review from a worker it made me sick to my stomach knowing I’ve ate from this place it’s nasty and disturbing on how they keep up with the place.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but my order has been wrong every single time. For the last 5 visits, they’ve consistently forgotten to add bacon to my sandwich EVERY TIME. When I politely ask them to fix it, the staff are rude and act like I’m the problem.

This place never has THEIR OWN menu items. No bread at a Subway. The Mgr is a joke. Been 4 times, 3 of which was wrong.

I don't eat here often, but tonight has been the worst experience ever and I likely will not ever be back. They were out of so many items. The sub I received had very little in it for what was paid and was not good at all. I'm sorry but a pinch of lettuce, etc is just poor. You are far better off going somewhere else to get your money's worth. Go next door to Savvy's where they actually have higher quality items and friendlier service.

I always use the app to create my order so I can just go in, pick it up and leave. I always ask for my food to be toasted but for the 5th time it has not been toasted. I like my sandwich warm. I put in the special instructions to toast it but yet it doesn't. I guess from now on I have to look at the sandwich before leaving even though I shouldn't have to.

We placed a curbside order at the Statham subway and on our way there it said the order was cancelled. I called and spoke to to Levi. He was very nice, went above and beyond to help. They did get our order and he made it for us right away. Thank you Levi. And the sandwiches he made were amazing!!

I drive trucks all over the place, and I eat at Subway a lot since there is a Subway in every town; this is, by far, the best one I have been to.
Parking: If you're in a car, you will find parking easy; if you're in a truck, you will have to park on the street and hope the police won't bother you.

The tuna has given my wife and I, 5 days of toilet time, to put it nicely. Subway was our only meal Christmas Eve. Christmas dinner was our only meal on Christmas as we eat One Meal A Day (OMAD)Christmas night my wife and I started having to run to the bathroom. 6 other Christmas dinner guests, have had no problems, only my wife and I. I am 100% convinced that the tuna we ate gave us some kind of food poisoning as this was the only meal we had, and both ordered the tuna. It saddens me because I really enjoy Subway and the tuna is my favorite but after 5 days and counting of this, I would be foolish to eat the tuna again. I called the manager today to report, in case anyone else is experiencing the same.
