They get orders wrong, and if you send it back it will be half cold and half barely warm. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten the same waiter, with different people, and after we all agree that the behavior was odd (I just don’t care enough to ask for his name). The ketchups all around us were basically empty, every time, so no restocking happens I’m assuming.

The food was good and cooked to order. However, the best part about the experience was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They really made the normal experience of Waffle House special.
