Very rude no customer service at all Associate by the name Cj very disrespectful

I recently visited American Deli, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon walking into the store, I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. The workers were all on their cell phones and didn’t seem interested in engaging with customers. As I stood there waiting, I noticed several people who came in after me walked out because of the lack of service.
The attitude of the staff made me feel unwelcome and unimportant, which is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re trying to enjoy a meal with your family. This negative atmosphere made my visit uncomfortable, and I felt disrespected by the employees’ indifference. I left feeling less than, and I certainly didn’t deserve that experience.
It’s disappointing because good service can make a huge difference in the dining experience, but unfortunately, the lack of professionalism here left much to be desired. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the customer experience.

I go to this restaurant several times a week. Today I bought 30 wings and they were so little it was shameful. feathers and the wings were chopped up and splinter bone when eating. last week food was fine this week they must have bought a cheap chicken and charged the same. very disappointed. called and no manager but a teen apologized. can’t afford to continue to eat at this restaurant if food is going to be this bad.

A worker or customer was smoking in the store. I notified the store but the worker who took my call was extremely rude as well. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in an establishment like this.

The service is not bad at this location. The food is good. However, if you get the shrimp fried rice, please scrutinize your order. In my opinion, it's not enough shrimp in the dish.

Don’t even waste your time here! I have tried this place a few times because its close to me but they continue to disappoint. I paid $23 for wings and fried rice only to get unseasoned white rice with mixed vegetables in it. Cause who doesn’t at least put onions in veggie fried rice? No other American Deli I have visited does this. Not to mention the ghetto hand written signs everywhere. Customer service is non existent and the cashiers are rude. Go next door or across the street! Not worth the money at all. Get out of our neighborhood serving bad, tasteless food!

I order from this location often and today the service was completely unacceptable because the person that was taking the phone calls and taking orders at the front register was completely rude for no reason at all to customers. She seemed as if she did not want to be there, and as if she had an attitude the entire time she was taking my order over the phone & when my husband picked up the order and also to the people that were behind him trying to place their order maybe management needs to look into who they hire because this looks bad for business. I called around 1pm & was hung up on with so much as a greeting or total for my order. Customer service needs to be better handled & some training classes perhaps for one young lady with glasses.
The wings were not fresh, like they were left yesterday and reheated. The lady at the front didn't seem to understand English or not very well, the taste I got was wrong! Will not be back!

Placed an order over the phone, went inside & paid for my food. When it was ready , my wing flavor was wrong. One of the ladies behind the counter proceeded to ask me if I read the screen when paying as if I work there?! It was obvious the order was put in incorrectly due to a miscommunication but the rude response was unnecessary, just fix it ! They weren’t even busy! Further more my wings tasted like they were refried the wings were NOT freshly cooked! Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is not, & food is too expensive for that !

It's always a hit or miss with this place, you can definitely tell that most of the wings are refried.
