Ordered a ranch chicken wrap. The chicken was so hard I could barely break it with my hands. Not sure how they thought that was even edible.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Facility needs some attention: ice machine was broken, so ALL the sodas were dispensing FLAT. Nopkin dispenser appeared broken, so no napkins available in dining room. There were also no STRAWS at the drink station. Chemicals left in an area that is a health code violation.
Staff was nice, but experience for dining in was below average and kind of nasty. And again, all the sodas were as flat as you could imagine, which did not go well with the meal.

I have not been to Arby’s in a long time. I went the drive through at lunch. The cashier was Amariahna. He was not pleasant at all. He seemed angry and was rude to me when I asked for mayo packs he said., Do you want sauce. I stated no, mayo packs please. Without skipping a beat he said we are out of mayo packs. If he is not happy about having his job, he most definitely should not be a cashier, working directly with the customers. O

Okay so when we walked in the floors was dirty food was on the floor The table was dirty soon as you walk in and then one of the workers said she about to sit down until it's time for her to go to work plugs her cell phone in and we listening to whatever she was playing out loud we didn't come there for that when we ordered our food it took a minute for somebody to come up there then she was putting the lining on the tray and she was putting my husband food on the tray for us to walk to the table It was just horrible and it was so slow and y'all were not busy not a car in the drive-thru not a another person inside eating food it was a disaster we should have got our money back and went somewhere else 😡

Came in on 1-12-25 the staff was short the Manger on duty was doing a great job with what she had,but with only 1 register working she was in for a long day,but the rating goes to the owner who she was talking to,you have no regards to great workers you should be ashamed at the way you handle this.u get negative stars.you are the type of owner who don't appreciate good workers.
