Staff was friendly and prompt. Facility needs some attention: ice machine was broken, so ALL the sodas were dispensing FLAT. Nopkin dispenser appeared broken, so no napkins available in dining room. There were also no STRAWS at the drink station. Chemicals left in an area that is a health code violation. Staff was nice, but experience for dining in was below average and kind of nasty. And again, all the sodas were as flat as you could imagine, which did not go well with the meal.

I have not been to Arby’s in a long time. I went the drive through at lunch. The cashier was Amariahna. He was not pleasant at all. He seemed angry and was rude to me when I asked for mayo packs he said., Do you want sauce. I stated no, mayo packs please. Without skipping a beat he said we are out of mayo packs. If he is not happy about having his job, he most definitely should not be a cashier, working directly with the customers. O
