Came in on 1-12-25 the staff was short the Manger on duty was doing a great job with what she had,but with only 1 register working she was in for a long day,but the rating goes to the owner who she was talking to,you have no regards to great workers you should be ashamed at the way you handle this.u get negative stars.you are the type of owner who don't appreciate good workers.

I visited today and ordered the double roast beef sandwich by itself. The drive thru was a tad bit slow but otherwise the wait wasn’t long once I reached the window. The rep repeated the order back which was wrong at first but she did a great job confirming the order before payment to avoid a mistake/refund. The sandwich was good but could’ve been a little bit hotter temperature wise. I only eat at this location sometimes if I’m in the area and the staff is usually nice and efficient in moving the drive thru lane. I left off 1 star for the sandwich not being hot enough but it was still good, filling and the presentation was to my liking.

After being "that customer" and going pretty close to closing time - I couldn't even tell. The team was so friendly and the food was HOT and FRESH. There was a wait, as there always is with FRESH food, so I will never complain about that. Overall one of the better Arby's I've been to.

Just ordered delivery and 1/2 my entire order is missing and wrong!! Sandwich missing, no sauce. IS IT THAT HARD TO MAKE SURE AN ORDER IS CORRECT??? ?
Ordered online for takeout. Didn't get the sandwich I ordered and I wasn't going to drive back. Also sandwich looked like it had been through a hydraulic press it was so flat. Fries were cold and greasy and my drink was watered down. They also played some religious radio station very loudly. Really annoying.

I didn't get the sandwich I ordered but it was good and it was too far to go back and complain. I don't understand why they don't salt the classic fries. The food was hot and good. I do have to say that I purchased three ducks for $6, but the receipt stated that they were $1 each. ?♀️ I'll get more clarity next, b4 paying.

Griffin was great at customer service. He was outstanding and knew what he was talking about with Arby meals and meal deals. He is definitely manager material and at least deserves a good raise. Great employee and representative of Arbys.
