Honestly there is only one person at this location that is actually friendly and can do their job, and that is the older woman who is like everybody's grandma. The staff get attitudes if you don't know they've changed the menu or that they no longer offer specific sauces, which fyi not everyone eats honey mustard. They make you pull up to the door to wait for your food, even when NOBODY is in line. Food is all jammed into one box and god forbid if you have something missing from your order. This location is rude, inpatient, and just lazy. Also, it states they open at 5:30am, waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, and no one came. Call the store and was told they open at 6:00am, yet I have gone to the location several times at 5:30am.

Wonderful staff especially the older lady that be at the drive thru in the morning I drive all the way over there just because of the customer service whoever owns this restaurant should give all of the staff a nice bonus its because of them this restaurant gets so.much business that older ladynsaid she left churches chicken because they wouldn't give her a raise You take care of your employees and they will be loyal and take care of you!!!!!

I haven't had a steak biscuit in over 15 years. This was the best hot steak biscuit, and the customer service was a breath of fresh air. The rep at the drive was upbeat & pleasant. You couldn't be anything but happy after you pull off. Thank you for a great experience & food.

It is 3pm on a Saturday and they are out of sweet tea. And are not making more. Then I had to pull up and wait for my food and there was 2 other cars already waiting. Maybe it was staffing issue but not a good experience.

First off you were rushed at the drive-thru every time you said something before you got a chance to get the rest of your order out you're asked if that's all the line was long they were slow moving and the food was cold, ice cold Fried Chicken! really!? this is my first and last time here. 10/22 - 3 people working. No one in line. No one waiting. We ordered 2 3pc Supreme meals. I paid, and they asked us to pull forward, and it took 17-20 minutes!!! We sat and sat. At minute 10, I decided to knock on the door (the inside was locked) because I seen one of the workers come out and sit (straight chillin). So I'm like, "did yall forget about our food?" SMH. I'm gonna pass on Bojangles in this area. It's the best in Charlotte tho.
Also, these supremes look like frozen chicken strips or strips from Kroger.
I got a large bo-round, and it was good. The wait was 5 minutes, and it was sooo fresh. The only sad part is they didn't have jelly or honey
