I had a rough morning, I stopped by Bojangles in Stockbridge on Hudson Bridge Rd and ordered my food. When I got to the window, I asked the cashier who took my order what was her name she said Lorena . I was like wow this woman made my day with her pleasant voice , her compassion and the professionalism that she put out. It was more like you at home with your family. Hats off to Ms Lorena . We can take the time to complain but lack letting a person know that they are doing an awesome job. And by the way, my food was fresh, hot and goodā¦

I was informed the couldnāt āsellā me a cup of hot water. After i told the girl Iāve never had a problem getting hot water from another location, that i was trying to make my crying baby a bottle. She had no response. Dunkin next door had no problem GIVING me a cup of water. Please do better!

Bojangles, is there a shortage on potatoes? I stopped by to grab a snack and ordered fries, but I didn't get a full portion. I could tell there were only about eight in the bag, and they were cold and hard. It seemed like they gave me food that had been sitting all day instead of fresh fries. Honestly, I probably won't be returning to this restaurant, as it was disappointing to receive food that didn't seem fresh.

What a disappointment, we waited for our order of food to be cold and tasteless. Everything in our order was bad.
Although at first there was a problem with my order they had. Great customer service and made sure that I could redeem another, correct order.

The restaurant was dirty, I mean every table as we wanted to sit down. There was literally no customer in the restaurant, we waited for a teammate to come out and greet us and everyone was in the back on their phones, so you can see it. I had to call two times say hello to get someones attention to come take our order. There was no condiments because nothing was i stocked. Never coming back. Fries were cold too.
