I did a carry out 20 piece meal, arrived about 10 minutes after I expected the food to be ready, because I had made some modifications and wanted to make sure they had time to handle it. Everything was ready and exactly what I ordered, the staff were incredibly nice and one of them held the door for me to exit as my hands were full of boxes of delicious chicken.

I am not familiar with Bojangles. I don't like the name. But I was hungry I was way out in the middle of nowhere and I was craving chicken so I got in the line and I was asking the cashier/manager whoever she was about to me and she was a little smart attic with me so I informed her that I'm not a regular customer of Bojangles. And I won't be a regular customer of Bojangles. The food was overcooked and it tasted as if the grease had not been changed in I don't know how long. I used to work from McDonald's so I know what food taste like when it's cooked in old grease. I just was not happy with it at all. I would never go back there especially that one.

MAAAAAANN!!! Somebody said this place was better than Popeyes! Please stop it! Chicken is lacking herbs & seasoning. French fries were just some regular potatoes with some seasoned dust. Come on Mayn!! We don't have this chain in California & thank God! If we wanted some "regular" we'd just go to Church's Chicken. We have Golden Bird, Louisiana Fried Chicken, Pollo Campero, Pioneer.... Man I can keep going! This ain't it. I'm giving it a 2 because I don't know how to do the half star. It's edible but you're gonna need some Louisiana hot sauce or Red Rooster.

Had to go back for missing items and the order was still wrong.Food: Ok. Not worth the service or the cost of not getting the items we actually paid for. Even after returning you correct the order. The service is always amazing!!!! The biscuits were great.... The sausage, not so much.... It has absolutely NO kick to it !!!! I even put an entire pack of Texas Pete on it and it did NOT help!!!! Y'all need some spicy sausage as well as the mild!!!! Some of us like it HOT !!!! Or start offering Tobasco as it is hotter than Texas Pete!!!!
