Place smells old and mildewy.. i cannot see how anyone can sit in there and eat.. we did order a slice of cake to go.. it was cut very small for $6.47.. overall, i will not be returningUpdate: the cake is nasty. tsste like air, those cakes have probably been sitting in the cooler for a long time

This is the absolute worst place I've ever eaten in life. The waitress was nice but that's it. Was on a date who said he'd been there before so I was thinking it would be ok. Now I'm second guessing him lol. The first red flag was I asked for coffee and it tasted awful. I knew it couldn't have been a fresh pot so I asked the waitress to take it off the bill . Her response was ok yes we won't make a fresh pot until 5pm! Lol what???? Mind you we were there at 11:30 am so this coffee probably was made when they opened and she actually served it to me. Then to make matters worse the iced tea that she bought me had some things floating in it! Ewwww! I told her and she replaced it and the new glass STILL had things floating in it. After that she disappeared for a long time and we were literally waiting what seemed like an hour on our food, me with nothing to drink. I wanted to get up and leave. My date went to find her about my drink and she put it in a styrofoam cup which worked this time . There was nothing floating in it this time which means that the glasses weren't clean! Finally when the food gets there mine first a Philly cheesesteak with wings and fries it just wasn't very good just ok. Some of the philly meat tasted off. I have a feeling that this place has old food , old everything and needs to be shut down. When my guy plate came 15 minutes after mine he said his pork chops tasted like they had been fried in old fish oil! Lol. I felt like I was on candid camera. Plus the entire restaurant just looks old and unclean and run down from the inside out. I will neverrrrrrr eat here again. If it hadn't been for the person that bought me here I would have left after walking in the door. Just gross all the way around

Service was slow, but they gave us a big slice of cake compliments of the house.
Can't say how the food tasted, waited close to 1.5 hours and no dinner appeared. That is time from sitting down to finally saying keep your food, I got to go! The waitress was pleasent.

The staff was really nice, and the food was ok - nothing amazing, nothing horrible. But it wasn’t crowded (only 3 small groups including us) and it took an hour for us to get our food, and they never once checked in on us during that time. Other people’s food was coming out one at a time, and ours did too (although it wasn’t a long wait between dishes). The restaurant itself smelled like cheap diner and seemed a little dingy and run down. Will not be returning.

The service is wonderful. The lady that works at the front counter was so nice she was our waitress. She was very attentive and went over and beyond. She even played with my 1 year old daughter. It felt like home she was excellent. The chicken quesadilla is delicious and the sweet tea is the bomb.

Hey my name is Kendall, I have worked for Broadway Diner ( Stockbridge ) for 4 years now prior to the shut down we had in March I had to find something else that was more hours and more money but NOW I AM BACK full time at Broadway. I am in the process of renovating and cleaning the entire restaurant as well as getting things in order for you all. I understand that these past few months have been kind of crazy because the owners have been the ones to provide services to our customers...Sorry for the bad services you received. I sure hope you will all give us another chance and come see me. Look forward to seeing you all in 2021
