I was Around 10 o’clock they close at 10:30 and I was trying to order food. Every item was either sold out or didn’t have it … It’s ridiculous I know people want to go home, but they’re getting paid to do a job. Unacceptable.

The employees were very nice, but we ordered 8 items and they got 5 of them wrong and forgot 2 of them. Literally every person in front of us had missing items as well. They were super kind about it and did fix the wrong items for us, but it was a very long stop. We didn't realize there were missing items until we were in the car and decided not to take the time to go back. If you stop here, the food is really good, but double check everything and be prepared to wait a bit if they need to fix it.

I drove 10 MI to get this sandwich. I requested no ketchup, no tomatoes, heavy pickles, with cheese, cut in half. What I got; a sandwich with ketchup and two pickles and it wasn't hot!

October 18, 2025 the food was fresh and hot and very tasty . Great customer service from the cashier as well , the only cons was that the floor was a bit sticky around the fountain drinks area but overall I had a great visit to this Burger King location in Stockbridge GA

This is honestly the cleanest and fastest Burger King I’ve ever been to! The food was fresh and made with care, and the staff was super friendly. Great customer service and a smooth experience all around. I’ll definitely be back!

The Stan Crew
The new workers here do not listen! Specifically stated no pickles, no tomatoes, and add cheese. Received a whopper with everything I asked not to be on there on, andddddd missing the cheese I added on after they asked if I wanted cheese. I also asked for fries, they gave me onion rings. The instructions were on the ticket they taped to the bag, so not sure what the problem was. That’s too many mistakes for the instructions to be on the ticket receipt. This is the third encounter, so I did give chances before writing this review.

Service is hit or miss. Your order will rather be right or completely wrong. Management is lacking in quality customer service skills. Easier to request a refund than risk having a remade order because once they mess up they will keep messing up.

They had a big grand opening! Gave away free merchandise! The food and service were very good! Glad they closed the old one and opened this one! 100% better!! Update 1 yr later: we eat here quite often now. They NEVER disappoint! They always have smiles on their faces and greet you when you walk in! I literally NEVER have a problem!
