I should have known by the faint red coloring of the red velvet cupcake that it would be disappointing. It tasted nothing like red velvet AND it tasted like a box cake. And the icing ball on top was all hard I had to heat it up a few seconds to soften it to spread it across the top. Y'all lied in these ratings. The biscoff was better and that's saying a lot considering it tasted like a box white cake with hazelnut drizzled on top

We got here to buy a cake for my wife's birthday today. We bought cupcakes to try after buying the cake. We had a red velvet biscoff cupcake. We bit into it, stopped and stared at eachother in disbelief. Disbelief on how GOOD it tasted . It was so good we ran back in and got 3 more. We didn't make it out of the parking lot! Customer service is top tier, service with a smile.

The was so moist & softtt perfect icing to cake ratio and the sweetness was perfect def a cake you can enjoy ice cream with 😍
To my surprise, my friend whose birthday was a wee after mine , had purchased her cupcakes 😍😍 i had to get my pick n it was biscoff ofc! I was not disappointed i actually recognized the brand from the flavor!!!
I just bought my best friend an Aquarius heart cake as well, no preorder walked in a hour before closing and grabbed the last one! same consistent greatness ! I’ve experienced so much from this company in a MONTH time span! That should speak for itself 😍so excited to try her acai bowls!

This is literally my favorite bakery of all time! The cupcakes especially the sweet potato cupcake is SOOOOOO good and don’t get me started on the açaí bowl! The owner is sooo nice! When you go in the bakery the atmosphere is super aesthetic & calming. I definitely recommend everyone going here for your birthday cakes, anniversary cakes/ cupcakes, or even if you just need a bakery to go to!

I placed a cake order to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. Unfortunately, part of the surprise was spoiled because the cake was posted on Instagram before I had a chance to pick it up, and she ended up seeing it.
That said, the atmosphere of the shop is beautiful, and the customer service was amazing. I even got the chance to speak directly with the cake decorator, who is also the store manager, and she was incredibly sweet and friendly. The cake itself was visually stunning, and her work is clearly talented.
However, the biggest issue was the taste. The cake was extremely dry, to the point that it was crumbling off the buttercream. Honestly, it was one of the driest cakes I’ve ever had. I did call afterward and was reassured that another cake could be made, but after looking through other reviews, I’m not confident it would be much different.
The shop is gorgeous, the staff is great, and the presentation is top-tier, but something really needs to be done about the taste. It feels like the quality has declined since I first discovered the business last year. Also, posting cakes before they reach the intended recipient takes away from special moments. Even waiting a day would make a big difference.
I truly want to support this business, but consistency and flavor are just as important as appearance.

I ordered the premium heart cake for my birthday in red velvet. This is a great aesthetic cake! If you want a colorful cake for pictures this is it.
I didn’t get a call or email about my cake being ready I had to call myself. I waited so long for them to box the cake up they gave me two free cupcakes. Which was good customer service, appreciate that.
My guest and I agreed the cake was dry and it had too much frosting. Even after leaving the cake out to reach room temperature the buttercream was still not soft and creamy. I also didn’t realize so much frosting would be between the layers.
Definitely disappointed . For the price I wanted to fully enjoy my birthday cake and I didn’t. Hopefully with these type of reviews some changes can be made. The cake was beautiful but the inside didn’t meet expectations.

They stated that I did not leave a pick up time but I asked the lady if I could pick up by 12 she said 12 is the earliest I was there on time and still had to wait an hour and a half for my cake The young lady in the front the young girl in the front the cashier on Saturday January V 10th horrible, horrible horrible her facial expressions very rude barely wanting to speak very rude. Made my order had me wait on my Alcoa bowl extra 10 minutes along with me ordering it when I was there to initially pick up the cake. The cake was delicious. The lady did give me a complementary two cupcakes for my hour and a half way, but like I said customer service is that it’s all time high and the young lady that was cashing us out running the cash register very rude no sense of urgency Just I don’t think I’ll be going back for that matter and thank you so much for your cakes by petite my daughter comes there a lot on Thursdays to get the three dollar special. I’ve also recommended you to Ppl before but me personally will not be coming back. Thank you.

I couldn’t leave a review yesterday because of my dinner, but I picked up my cake yesterday and I just wanted to say the customer service is AMAZING. When I came the store was so busy, and my cake wasn’t ready yet but one of the managers Allie came out and spoke to me herself, and she was so sweet. I got complimentary cupcakes and a lemonade and my cake was out within 10 minutes and it was perfect! I love supporting black owned businesses and I will definitely be back!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. This cake was ordered more than 24 hours in advance and received confirmation that it would be ready for pickup at 5:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, the cake still wasn’t ready, and I’ve now been waiting over 30 minutes. This delay made us late for our dinner reservations. Very frustrating and unprofessional — I expected much better service, especially with a confirmed pickup time.
