The customer service was phenomenal! My cake tasted Amazing better than Publix lol nothing melted everything stayed intact even while being in the car a little! I drove almost two hours and was very unimpressed... the energy was just off from the employees .. things were picked over i only got something cause it was my birthday... even if the cupcakes were good I wouldn't spend my money here just basic on the experience

First time at this location 9.7 did a walk in order it took a little over an hour but they were able to accomplish what I wanted. The decor is very cutesy nice vibe with friendly staff. But I want to acknowledge Kai she was super nice and super helpful/professional very personable very sweet and kept a smile on her face. Please let her know her efforts did not go unnoticed and my token of appreciation was definitely earned by her. New satisfied customer
