My experience here was a 10/10!!! I was serviced by a girl named Trezure and she made my experience wonderful!! She was so helpful and so nice!! I will be coming back!
The lady in there is NOT a happy person.. she always has an attitude. I even heard her talking crap about the customers behind me on the drive thru.. she then wanted to argue with me about a coupon for agree fry that I had and say that it had already been redeemed. So instead of further arguing, I just told her to use the $1 fry coupon.. I then asked if the bbq sauce for my chicken bites was in the box she said "you didn't specify, you have to tell me when you order" before she gave me a sauce.. btw the bbq chicken bites were overexcessively dusted with a bbq powder.. she then made the mistake and printed out my remaining rewards with my receipt and clearly the free fry one is there (see pic) we normally don't have an issue with them except I've commented to my husband about her attitude before.. it's ridiculous. If you're gonna work in any kind of customer service, you can't act like that..

Hadn't been to checkers in a while because the food wasn't living up to the hype. The sandwiches aren't as big & tasty as advertised. I tried the new 3x brisket burger, and I must say it delicious 😋. I would go back again, but why can't fast food restaurants step up to sit down restaurant 😫 levels? At Applebee's, Fridays, and Chili's, you can get a big delicious burger & fries to go for the same price as one big burger @ a fast food restaurant.

I ordered chili cheese fries and they gave me burnt ones who ever was on the 11/24/24 night shift around 10pm should be ashamed of themselves for giving a customer burnt black crispy fries with chili thrown on top. If you can't cook fries then you don't need to be on the fries. They need to put you on the dishes or something else cause cooking fries isn't your thing. And you put bacon on it and I said no to bacon. I am allergic to pork 😩.
