The worst chick-fil-a the staff in in competent and because of their negligence and jow reviewing tje order i have to turn around and drive back because they did not complete my order. Yes I should check my order but it was literally 3 items. They offer nothing for the fact that their process is inadequate.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Ms. Morgan. I came in expecting the friendly and courteous service Chick-fil-A is known for, but instead, I was met with rudeness and an unhelpful attitude. When I asked a simple question about my order, she responded in a dismissive tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. This was not only surprising but also frustrating, as I have always had positive interactions at other Chick-fil-A locations. Management should lead by example, but in this case, Ms. Morgan’s behavior set a negative tone for the visit. I hope the store addresses this so future customers are treated with respect.

I was given a free reward for a spicy biscuit but denied it because they were out and offered no alternative.
Ms. Morgan was very rude and cold, told me she didn’t have to do anything because she was a director. I was asking for a single accommodation and she refused with such disrespect. I come to this location at least twice a week and have had pleasant encounters with her before but after today, I don’t think I’ll NOT be visiting this chick fil a or any other any time soon.

In the past, I’ve frequented the franchise but only particular location a couple times. Ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies & shared w/ person who took order to please let them know I’ll like the soft ones/recently baked ones. Get to the pickup area and 2 of the 3 cookies fit the bill. My husband asked if 1 cookie can be switched out for a softer one. The female walked away mouthing off “she’s complaining abt the cookie and I already told her they all come like that.” I felt that was so disrespectful because I/ we did not complain- just simply asked for it to be switched. Additionally, it wasn’t professional & at various other locations I’ve never had someone catch an attitude simply due to switching out the cookie. She returned, and I sd that “the other 2 cookies were soft and thank you for going to get the 3rd one, but you didn’t have to catch an attitude for no reason.” As we pulled off she stated she didn’t have an attitude. Definitely will not return to this location since simple requests result in poor customer service!
