I came in for lunch and I have been coming to this one about a month now I am big on customer service a young lady name kai greeted us from time we came in she fixed my bowl to perfection and her service was great. I come to this location because it is closer to my house but the customer service will definitely keep me coming back

Chipotle is my jam, but my last visit wasn't the best. My bowl did not have my steak and of course I couldn't get them on the phone. Ended up having to use the app. I did get a free entree but I'm hoping it doesn't expire before I get to use it.

The manager with the THINNING edges got a real bad nasty attitude. She talks to her team any type of way but have a fake happy smile with customers. The dark skin girl with glowing skin checked me out was very sweet I don’t know her name.

I went in yesterday to this location, the service was terrible, it’s like you can’t take a few minutes to decide what to eat Because the workers are making faces to hurry me up, food and restaurant looks unsanitary, they’re not clean, definitely should have other staff, used to go here few years ago and it was nothing like before. I’m really disappointed on this new staff and I personally don’t recommend going to this location, you might catch food poisoning and bugs on your food.

It seems they need more employers with less bad tempers. I ordered through the app. When I got there, they made me wait 20 minutes, and I had paid an additional $2 for guacamole That they never gave me, The owner of this place needs a restructuring of some people in this place. Find another Chipotle because this place has no organization whatsoever.

It sucks that this younger generation has such a terrible attitude and poor customer service… the girl with the red hair and thick lashes clearly hates her job. It’s so easy to smile and give good service but instead she chooses to mean mug everyone like it’s our fault… get a new job if the least you can’t do is be a pleasant person.

Found a bug in my food on 8.5.25. I usually eat at the location on Jodeco Rd. Because my old coworker had a similar experience a while ago. I’ve learned my lesson. I will never eat here again!

If you close at 11 PM, why is there no food available by 10:30? I rushed over after work, expecting to grab dinner, only to find nothing left. I’m a very upset customer who now has to go home empty-handed with nothing for my family. If you’re going to stop serving food early, please be clear about the actual hours. What time can I come in and still expect access to the full menu? I have a video i am unable to attach.

The food prep area was horrible. Dried up food, and all the was running low and looked old. Staff acts like they don’t want to be there, no greetings, no smiles just angry women. I won’t be returning.
