I ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken bowl. Now I always start with white rice. (The very first time I came I ordered my meal with brown rice. I had to bring it back because it had clumps of uncooked rice.)Most of the time it is not fully cooked. Friday (5/30/25 I couldn't eat my food because of the rice. I had to recook my meal on Saturday for 45 minutes. Chipotle needs to change the cook time on the rice. It is unacceptable to serve undercooked rice. The chicken was tasty!...

I visited the Chipotle on Hudson Bridge in Stockbridge on Sunday, May 18 around 7:45 PM, and I must say—I was truly impressed. Even though the store was clearly short-staffed, the team remained kind, courteous, and professional. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and welcoming.

Went to this location for the first time , Food was bland . Then the workers weren’t as friendly. Then the lady Maxine that rung us up had an attitude. And then tried to get smart after she let me pay for someone else food, as me and the other people and the lady who’s food it belonged too told her it was the wrong order . The she was also talking to the employees disrespectful.
