Nothing but dark meat available... only biscuits with coleslaw or mashed potatoes as sides... everything else was coming on the delivery truck in a few days... laughable!!! The associate was really nice and apologized... thus the 3 stars for service!

I’m SHOCKED this location is still open… the last 2 times I went at different times of the day..late morning/evening. They were Out of Okra only serving mashed potatoes Out of strawberry soda. Ridiculous!!!!

I went to Church's for the 1st time in 4 or 5 years and I won't be going back any time soon! Chicken was not seasoned well at all, it didn't have any taste. I had to add lots of hot sauce for flavoring.

Attitude attitude attitude.I've been there twice and both times the workers were rude and unprofessional. On the first visit, the manager served us but got our orders wrong two times even though the receipt was correct. He treated us as though we were an inconvenience. Tonight, the young lady was unprofessional. At the drive thru window, she interrupted us until we had to complete our order at the pickup window. There won't be a third visit.

Not sure when they became “Texas” chicken, but it always tastes good. The crew is friendly usually. They didn’t get 5 Stars because they were out of Mac & Cheese. The chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuit were delicious.

Worst customer service in Stockbridge hands down!!! The drive thru service is horrible! The female at the window had the absolute worst attitude when I asked a question about a particular meal. I'm like, you are taking orders, isn't it normal to ask a question about a certain special? NEVER AGAIN...

If I could give negative stars, I would. The last four times we have tried to order spicy chicken from here, they never have it & refuse to make any. They even told us the last time that they couldn’t make more because they had employees on break. The worst customer service and I honestly don’t see how no one has corrected these employees yet. We’ve continued to try and give them a chance due to it being the only Church’s in the area, but will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Do better.

The lady at the drive thru window(maybe is was the manager), had a blondish Bob with brown streaks, was very nice and patient. I hadn't eaten at a church's in 10+ years and was very satisfied with my meal. The gentleman that brought the food to the truck(black shirt and dreads pulled back in a ponytail) was also. Food was served hot and fresh and with a smile from him. Thank you for our delicious tenders, biscuits, fries and okra. We will be back and if you havent tried the spicy tenders...then you must.

Can someone please tell me why in the hell is that one particular ant eater a$$ b***h with the braids usually at drive thru window with the bad attitude so dam rude ???? This location is awful the best thing that can happen is that this churches Chicken goes out of business , why we the people and residents give our hard money for bad service .

Simple jalapeno poppers was not hot all the way through, just warmed. Usually i am satisfied with the order this time not cooked quite enough.

This was a take out order but we were really pleased with it. It had cooled off by the time we got home and ready to eat. Did not have to warm anything up because it was still very good the way it was. Can't say that about a lot of restaurants but this one.....we will be returning.
