Fast and accurate

This place say it open at 10. I get there at 10 still not open. On the door it says 10:15 I waited 10:30 still not open. I will spend my money somewhere else smh

Chicken strips were obviously sitting in a warmer and not fresh. Gravy was not thick like a gravy. Blizzards were not served upside down to prevent it from running out. Will not return to this location even if it is conveniently located.

Fantastic young staff. Very accommodating and provide great customer service. We went there today with our two younger kids and had some chicken fingers, fries and afterwards some delicious ice cream. Everything tasted fresh and great.

I normally find DQ's to be nasty, but this location surprised me. The food was hot. Customer service was good, and they made our blizzards correctly, especially the snickers one. Bonus points for 100% sanitation score

I stop by to grab a bite to eat and they was very friendly. I had a issue with my food and they fix it. They a nice people and keep the restaurant clean and make sure everything goes well. They treat you like family. Will eat here more often.

PAID for double cheesecake pieces in my blizzard and they gave me NONE, literally not one piece and instead of using actual strawberries, they used some random artificial strawberry sauce. Ghetto. Just go to the one on eagles landing pkwy instead.

I think it's about time we start calling out the lack of customer service in all these places. Join with me everyone these little kids need some adult supervision. They are not allowed to be rude. That is lack of training from their house to the job so shame on whoever
hires these people.

I ordered a meal in the drive thru and attempted to pay at the window with a gift card. I'd recently used it and remembered how much was on it so I knew I wouldn't have an issue using it. However, when what appeared to be the manager swiped my card, nothing happened and he tried to give it back saying it didn't work. He only swiped it once, didn't attempt to put in the card number or anything, and was looking at me as though I was trying to scam him or something. I repeatedly told him the balance on the card and asked him to try again because clearly his system wasn't working, and he gave me a dirty, looked and continued to try my card.
The sweet girl next to him gave me my food while I waited and he continued to struggle as I waited. Finally, someone else came up and tried to help him swipe my card and it finally went through. I said thank you when he gave me my card back, but he ignored me and walked away. He was incredibly rude and accusatory. Worst service ever!!!
And on top of that, my fries were cold and hard when I checked my bag to make sure I had everything. I'm so mad I actually want my gift card money back!

My customer service experience was just awful. Guy didn't hand food to me but sat the food on edge of counter as I was standing waiting for my food. Also had to ask him for top , bag and spoon for my banana split. If your company don't like all types of people, please shut down your business. I was so disappointed I gave my food to a less fortunate man because I chose to eat subway as I thought about my review and contacting BBB. Period
