They never check the pizza while it's in the oven so you always have bare spots on your pizza... food is never done when promised!

We ordered pizza at 4:32 I called almost 40 minutes later to find out where a pizza was at I was told by lady on the phone that they were extremely busy and they would try to get it out as soon as possible we got a phone call back in like 5 minutes tell us the reason why our food was not fixed is because they were out of chicken bites so they put an order on hold we don't understand why they couldn't tell me that when I called to begin with when we finally got our food we did not have double pepperoni pizza we were told we going to get a credit for the chicken bites we don't know if we got it yet or not just a really bad experience it seems like there's a lack of management at the store I would not recommend this Domino's to order pizza from the only good thing about this experience was the delivery driver maybe they should put her as the manager

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My husband placed an order tonight 1/9/25. The longest estimated time was 37 minutes. An hour later and we still had no food. After calling the store and being on hold for well over 30 minutes we decided to go in-store and there were atleast 6 other people waiting for their orders. One person had been there an hour! The manager wouldn't even look/speak to anyone. They had their headphones in and we're talking on the phone. After being ignored for a extended amount of time my husband walked out and left without our order or refund. This is unacceptable behavior and we'll be contacting corporate.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My food was burnt, so I called the store to address the issue. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was unprofessional and rude; he cursed at me, claimed he cooked the food himself, and stated that I wouldn’t be getting a refund. To add to my frustration, he hung up on me. I expected better customer service.

They supposed to close at 12:00am and they closed at 11:00pm

Manager rude hung up on me now won’t answer phone all cus u asked who could u talk to to complain on him if u guys do t like ur job or problem fixing why are u the manager food is always wrong but the kids love dominos

Placed an online order people are steadily going in all the while I’m waiting on my curbside pick up. Go inside they proceed to cancel the order saying they don’t have access to the dough. So they cancel my order but still giving out the same size pizzas while I’m there.

This place is a joke! Never received order after waiting 2 hrs. Was on hold for 15 mins. No one ever came bck to the phone so that I could inquire about my order.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the man that picked up the phone (night shift of 10/23, wish I knew your name!) was super helpful with correcting my address. Put me at ease immediately, thank you! Delivery driver was very nice as well.

Pizza barely had any toppings or cheese on half of it. We also ordered the new Mac n cheese and there's barely a single serving in the dish. We had to scrape it off the bottom and still only got like 8 noodles a piece for 2 people.

Listen. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a simple pepperoni pizza! There was no cheese in the center and the pepperoni was cold and over cooked. No one answers the phone when you call and it showed up finally 1.5 hrs after the tracker said it was out of the oven. Oh forgot to mention it was cold upon arrival.

We were on the door at 11:50 and store gonna close by 12 and employee already locked door and from inside he said its close even outlet sign shows its open very bad experience

Dominos in and of itself is ok. I’ve given this one way to many chances to get right though. Whatever you order will always be the worse version of that thing, It seems to always take forever and the staff are usually grumpy. They’ll be running around like the place is burning down with only about 3 total orders. Go to the one in Ellenwood off Fairview, you’ll get a better experience. I’m not going to say you CAN’T get one here butttt I’ve given them about a dozen chances since they opened and they never fail to disappoint.
