Worst Dunkin I’ve been to this far. The associate they had at the window was hard of hearing (by choice) my order was made disgustingly wrong. I was on lunch break and had no time to return it or I would have . No professionalism or quality customer service provided. Sucks because it’s literally 3 mins from my house but I’ll never go to this location again

It is what it is. Dunkin can be a wildly different experience depending on location because of quality control on coffee preparation. This particular location was average.
They always get my coffee right, and I appreciate that. The customer service is fast, and the manager is always friendly . When the staff remembers you, even if it's just by face, it is always a good feeling and makes you feel appreciated

Manager rude. The Manager obviously doesn't realize without customers she wouldn't have a job.Customer request not honored. I won't be back but of course the Manager doesn't care...I guess Dunkin will realize one day why Sales are down. If I could give less than one I would. She is horrible.

The manager at this location is awesome! I commend her to the fullest. She is brown skinned and was working her butt off BY HERSELF! After the snow storm, on a SATURDAY BY HERSELF! NO employees showed up for the morning shift. She handled the customers AND the store BY HERSELF until, who knows when. AND on top of that, my coffee was excellent! She needs HUGE recognition from her peers and superiors BIG TIME! Check your cameras! She did the damn thing and saved that locations butts! REWARD HER!
