This is my favorite dunkin in the area. Not only does my drink ALWAYS taste right, they have some of the best customer service. Shout out Arielle, she’s the sweetest person ever. She makes sure you are well assisted and makes your drink with an abundance of love. #greatexperience :)))

TERRIBLE! Rude staff and they never have any donut variety. Usually they tell you it’ll be a wait, this one just says no they don’t have it. Also, forgot my croissant because she was such in a rush (for nothing btw. There were little to no customers in the store) and it was early.

I look for a Dunkin when we need a bit of a break from the goings on around, a journey, the weather, the snack break, and a lot more. This was not one of the respite in store experience in recent memories. The store was going through renovations, but it was clean and with a lot of sitting space. It had more variety of food to offer than any recent early evening visits I have had. The problem i faced was with the communication of my order, because (a) the music was too loud, and two completely different and parallel songs blasting (b) the person on the counter was too soft spoken, and I didn't realize that they were out of lemonade until she explained it three times and I had to keep asking her about repeating. We chose to sit inside to be able to use the table, but it was not a good idea. The loud sounds have us more headaches than a break.

I want to thank Nkajah for taking care of me. I ordered a hot coffee couple of days ago and it was almost cold. I asked if I could have my drink remade that way it’ll be hot, they took my drink and brought it back after 5mins(at drive through) and it was still cold. I showed up 2 days later and Nkajah noticed me and took care of my drink because of the experience I had. Great customer service and if it wasn’t for her I’d probably be going to another coffee shop! She deserves a raise!

I ordered a croissant sandwich and a hot coffee. Why did it take 33 minutes. Asking continuously how long my order be people coming and going and it was there the whole time about 10 people working there and they still got it wrong

The hiring manager needs to vet their employees. Came to the drive-thru around 8pm when they close at 9pm. Four cars in front of me but employees delayed service time to make the wait longer. When I came to the intercom, waited 10 minutes and spoke a few times with no reply. Finally drive around to see the issue and a light skin young woman looked at me and walked away on the phone. Brown skin young woman with glasses and curly hair approached and said they are closed (before official closing time). When I stated they should inform customers in line they are closed, the young woman in the background mugged, as if it was an unrealistic and insane request. Very rude. Please hire competent staff.

I’m rating it high because the person there was awesome. She worked her butt off. Why in the world is there only one person working during the middle of a weekday?! That’s unacceptable. Management needs to get it together.
