Two cars in front of me and still wait over 20 minutes. Ask for something I get everyday and they act like they have never heard of it. Laughing and playing with co workers instead of working. March 1st afternoon shift sucks. MOD must not be present.

This is my closest DD but I stopped going because the coffee is never good. They used to have a few good baristas who would get the measuring just right but these current baristas are young and inexperienced. I now travel a little out the way to another DD.
My bagel was soggy, not a lot of cream cheese and too much butter. I received the wrong donuts, but they corrected that part of my order. I didn't check my bagel but I should have. I know next time to do so.

There’s just something about this location. No matter when I come, what time, or what I order it’s always gross. Never made how it’s made at other locations. I try to give this location chances but it’s just terrible. Even the time it takes to get through drive thru takes forever. Idk if it’s because they have a bunch of kids working or not, but things need to be fixed.

Went to this location on Sunday. asked for a Dozen Assorted Donuts and dozen Bagels. Only to have the young lady that was taking the order wasn't polite and told me they would sell me a dozen bagels. Her words "we don't do that". After trying to get my order completed and pull to the window they were rude. Have us stale food with smiley face on the boxes. Slammed the drive through window. I rather drive extra few miles to a store that treats people with professional attitude and have pride in their selves.

I just made an order through door dash and the literally forgot one of my items. Then the phone lines are down so I can’t get in contact with no one.

Terrible service at the Drive-thru. I waited for my order for 45 minutes in line and when I got my order, the food was overcooked and the bread was so hard that I couldn't chew it. I had a good experience and good service before but today it was terrible.

Sat in drive thro for 45 minutes after ordering on app the food was nasty the hash browns tasted like they were cooked 6 year old oil the sandwich bread was so hard you throw threw a glass window and bust it would no recommend anyone to stop at that one

Hours say open till 9pm but they close when they want to and clearly in the store laughing and playing around. Next door at Bojangles and just overall not courteous.

This has been an ongoing issue with the online ordering process. When I bring in a screenshot copy of my order which was placed the prior evening I am told that it’s not in their system and I am to present a receipt. There may issues with the system, there may be issues with my screenshot but to blame the consumer for losing the order on the company side is bad business and poor service. The staff is not trained at service recovery, they are trained to blame the customer.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.. there very rude and disrespectful. Especially the guy making the food,I order a bagel from here on 2 didn’t days and I even told the cashier please make sure my bagel had cream cheese the guy making the food gave extra food to the person before me but was nasty when I asked for my bagel to have cream cheese on it..

Horrible stood in line for 15 mins while they continued to walk past me one employee with red hair said “it’s only 2 of us so you’d have to wait” with an attitude, im not sure why I was expecting a “sorry for the wait & inconvenience” they lack basic customer service skills here..never again
Shoutout to Dre! That man needs a raise! He did an absolute ??? job on my holiday cookie latte and avocado toast. I'll go out of my way to come to this location again.
