The customer service was appalling. The staff used profanity around customers, and one of the workers spent an excessive 10 minutes in the bathroom while my daughter waited. Her coworkers had to repeatedly remind her to hurry up so she could use the restroom.

Went to a firehouse out by Southpoint Mall, and the service was on point, they accommodated mean a turkey sub with all the fixings,it was fantastic, very delicious, I truly enjoyed the sub, my first time there, I was very impressed.very please, and I told everyone I came in contact with, and they said they were going to try one.I stated , gooder then good 😊👍👍👍👍👍😊.

Got the wrong sandwich last time, this time I come by the sign off & door locked 30+minutes before close. Drove 20 minutes out the way to end up annoyed

Im only writing this in hopes of saving someone else the trauma. I bought a sub sat down inside to eat it and it was full of stringy hair, i showed them they immediately made another one. When they made the second one i was like could you give me a box to put it in. Got home open the box there was hair on the top side of the box, at that point i was done i should have took pictures, but it dont matter i will never go there again. This waa @ Hudson Bridge Stockbridge. Check your food. Maybe that was my sign to stop eating out, overly disgusted, With a stomach ache.i pray its anxiety.

Just got home with my order. One steak and cheese with just steak and cheese. One with everything. Of course the sterling staff paid no
attention and I got 2 plain. No onions, no peppers, maybe no chews and way too much mayo. I won’t be back. To be clear it was NOT busy at 8:15 pm. T

I love firehouse, the subs are delicious. Unfortunately, I’m giving 1 star today because of the attitudes.
My husband and I went inside to order after a long day. I ordered a cajun chicken sub. I clearly said, “I would ONLY like Cajun mayo, lettuce, cheese, and bacon. No jalapeños.” My sandwich was made with jalapeños. Okay, no big deal. I wasn’t upset about it. We all make mistakes. I sent my husband inside to have it corrected. He told the young girl at the counter “My wife’s sandwich wasn’t made correctly and she would like it remade. She didn’t want jalapeños. Only lettuce, Cajun mayo, cheese, and bacon.”
The girl at the counter responded, “ Well, that’s how it come.”
Like, sweetheart, he didn’t ask you all that! She was more worried about being on her phone than assisting customers. We know “how it come” which is why I clearly told you how I wanted it ,while you rang it up, and printed it out on our receipt. So, she called the black girl with the glasses, which made the situation worse with her pissy attitude, throwing her hands up, smacking her lips, and shaking her head saying, “ Just remake it then, just remake it.” Her energy and demeanor was odd upon entry anyway..
The sandwich is not coming out of either one of their checks or personal kitchen, so why the attitudes? My husband was nice and polite, as always, so he should’ve had the same energy reciprocated to him.
All that over a sandwich was totally unnecessary. The proper response should’ve been, “My apologies sir, we’ll have that remade for you.” Like, whatever happened to respect and manners? We will not be returning to this location. I’ll go a few exits up to McDonough.
