We walk in and at first no one acknowledges us at all. Three females in the store…one cutting up meat and one other one finally says hello. Then instead of asking to take our order she walks to the back and starts talking to the third female worker. And we are just standing there looking around and finally decide to leave because of poor customer service. They should close this location down if they aren’t going to work and show good customer service.

Work is brutal, hard and demanding. I go here after work, expensive, quick, hot, fast, courteous, 🧡 friendly service. AND 2ORTH EVERY PENNY!!

The restaurant is full of smoke. I left out the restaurant due to myself / clothes smelling of smoke!!

The firehouse subs located at 1465 Hudson bridge Rd has some very respectful employees. I was so pleased with the service, and the food. I went 4 times in one week. The meatball subs are addicting. Very pleasant place.

The customer service was appalling. The staff used profanity around customers, and one of the workers spent an excessive 10 minutes in the bathroom while my daughter waited. Her coworkers had to repeatedly remind her to hurry up so she could use the restroom.

Went to a firehouse out by Southpoint Mall, and the service was on point, they accommodated mean a turkey sub with all the fixings,it was fantastic, very delicious, I truly enjoyed the sub, my first time there, I was very impressed.very please, and I told everyone I came in contact with, and they said they were going to try one.I stated , gooder then good 😊👍👍👍👍👍😊.
