Firehouse Subs Hudson Bridge

My son has gone to Firehouse 🔥 Subs every year for his birthday. Even before I got the privilege of raising him. But I was very disappointed in the staff here….
My son looked forward to his annual sandwich… he even downloaded the app, thinking that he would get a free sub on his birthday. 🥳 That wasn’t the case, since he was a new app user…. That was fine. Understood. But I asked the staff if they could please do something special for him anyway….like throw in a dessert, chips, drink, anything....
And they just rolled their eyes and didn't even acknowledge my request. How disappointing on his special day. This little visit meant SUCH a big deal to him.... And the staff could have easily done something small to make our day. But all they care about is getting out of there on a Tuesday night.
Needles to say, that was my first experience at a Firehouse in Georgia, and I won't be returning. I love the quality of the food....but I know they've always been a bit pricey anyways.

Kid-friendliness: Nope! Not in the least. Do not go here to celebrate your child's birthday!

Made an online order and was very surprised. When I got to consume the sandwich. The cheesesteak sandwich was extremely salty. It tasted overwhelmingly overseasonned. I was unable to enjoy it due to the fact that it tasted mostly like salt and mayo.

When I walked in staff behind the counter looked at me but no one said a word. One staff member in another area (getting ice I believe) said welcome. My steak sandwich was salty and taste nothing like a traditional steak and cheese sub. Will never order the steak and cheese sandwich again. This was the worst steak sandwich I have ever had

Had their new French drip sub which was disappointing. Wife loves this place. Maybe this visit was a fluke. Employees extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to make a fresh sandwich of another type.

The Black Girl with the red braids has a horrible, unnecessary attitude and is bad for business.

Today is Veterans Day and she spoke to me rudely my entire encounter with her, so much so that you better believe I demanded another Team Member take my order.

Great customer service. Place could be cleaned more often for dine-in. Sandwiches are always fresh.

Food is great, I just wished the meat would come to the edges. I always get left with about 1/2 inch of dry bread on both ends.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. From the manager to the crew . Pure laziness and unprofessionalism. There clearly is not a standard on hiring for that location. I will never go again. Disgusted

Nice and clean place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I actually tried a new item based on there recommendations and they gave me a small "just in case you don't like it" sandwich as well. Now THAT is customer service.
