This is my first time to Funnel Cake Heaven. I usually go to Funnel O Fun in Riverdale GA. Funnel Cake Heaven Is over charging for these small Funnel cakes! We were refunded our money please GA don't waist your time or money go to Funnel O Fun Riverdale its worth the money! Funnel O Fun has everything and I mean everything worth your money. Sorry Funnel Cake Heaven step up your game.

Been 3 times. Closed twice during business hours with the open sign on. The only time I went and they were open the girl there didn't know how to make the milkshake I asked for. Can't judge the food because they are never open. Waste of a good space.

The location didn’t look aesthetically pleasing, however inside had a very game like atmosphere with big connect four as far as the food I got a funnel cake with strawberry ice cream and it was a four out of five however they were out of everything candy apple whipped cream, strawberry cheesecake so that part I didn’t like too much. It seems like they have any sense of menu but just out of a lot of thingsoverall three out of five would be four out of five if they had with their advertising on the menu.

I wanted a Funnel cake so my husband and I went to Funnel Cake Heaven. I wanted a funnel cake with bananas and whipped cream and was told that they ran out of bananas yesterday. Food Depot is right across from them so I couldn’t understand that one. She then proceeded to tell me that they were out of strawberries as well. Again Food Depot is right there. So I then ordered a Rainbow Sherbet and guess what? Right, no Sherbert. I finally got a Rainbow Ice. My husband ordered a chocolate milkshake. I watched her scoop Vanilla ice cream and I said I ordered chocolate. She tells me that they have to use Vanilla ice cream and add chocolate syrup. I should have cancelled the whole order. The milkshake tasted like they added sugar to it, it was so sweet. We will not be patronizing this establishment again!!!

My daughter and I received great customer service and enjoyed our delicious treats. I had the Georgia Peach funnel cake and my daughter had the strawberry shortcake ice cream. We definitely plan to visit again soon. Thank you!
