This is a hidden gem that I’ve wanted to try for awhile. So I decided to shoot my shot and very glad that I did. It is an historic place as the owner explained to me and they do not take any shortcuts when it comes to the food. My fried chicken was freshly made. The collard greens were some of the best I’ve had and the mac & cheese was on point. Service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. The prices are also very good for the quality that you will receive....
I went to this historical restaurant about 2 weeks ago and met the owner, Ms. Diane. She told me the whole history about the restaurant. The food was very good and I recommend others!
I love history and culture...Along with excellent tasting food and phenomenal customer service. Green Front Cafe delivers all of the above! I was scheduled to have lunch with a friend today, and when searching the mid-point for us to meet, Stockbridge was it. I Googled "Best Restaurants in Stockbridge" and this spot popped up. I checked the menu and website, and was sold! From the time I walked in and received a friendly, warm welcome, to the end when my to-go orders...
