For some reason when you order 20pc. shrimp no one can count 20 pieces. This is not the first time this has happened. I do believe it's done intentionally. They know the customer will not want to drive back for 3 or 4 pieces of shrimp. I took a break from this place because of that. My first time back in a while. I did call and ask them to hire folks that can count.

The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly. Oh and they are clean.
Why was the outer skin of an onion in my onion rings?? This is not digestible. I kept trying to chew, but ended up taken it out and realizing that it's the brown onion skin. Yuck! This tells me that the onions are NOT being peeled and probably not washed either. Do better, prepare the food the way you would want your food prepared!🤨

On Saturday, June 14th, at 10:00 pm, I made a call to place an order for chicken gizzards. I was very clear about how I wanted them cooked, specifically requesting that they be cooked soft. I repeated this request four times and also shared details about my past experiences with them.
When my son brought the order home, I was disappointed to find that the gizzards were hard, crunchy, dry, and difficult to chew without causing discomfort to my gums. I called back to report the issue at 10:56 pm, and they offered to replace them. However, I told the representative that I will not be back tonight at 11:05pm to return do to the heavy rain and my son stop on his way home from work. He suggested bringing them back tomorrow for a replacement.
At this point, I have concerns about food sanitation and the practice of returning food to the restaurant after it has been picked up 24 hours. I am sure I will not return to this restaurant again, especially if they accept returned food after 24 hours. They can keep the money; they’ve lost a customer.
