Went by today to get a turkey Tom. Once i got home and ate my sandwich i noticed the bread was hard on the outside. But i knew sandwich couldn’t hard..I found out the hard way. The bread was hard like a brick. Smh!!!! That’s my last trip to this location.

First and foremost, they got my order wrong! I ordered a giant roast beef and cheddar with the bourbon sauce. I got turkey instead. This is the 3rd time coming. Will I patronize/ try another location? Maybe the results will be a better experience. Let's be clear, Jimmy John's is a good sandwich brand.

The staff was friendly and patient with me for it being my first time at Jimmy Johns and not knowing what I wanted. The food tastes better than Subway (in my opinion). I was in and out pretty quick and I will definitely come back again someday.

At Eagles Landing Ga. location Friday 4/19/23 at around 2:30. Dark skinned male behind counter; Middle age woman working drive through. The man behind the counter completely ignored me, didn't speak to me and refused to take my order. The lady finally did but if you have cameras in there and I hope you do, please review. Never have I been treated with such disrespect.
