Worst experience ever!!! Customer service was the worst. I asked for two Turkey Tom sandwiches. I wasn't familiar with the size terminology so I asked was the price I was given was for a 12-inch? Which he replied, WHAT! he was very nasty. Then when I got to the window he gave me one sandwich so I asked Was this one or two? He very sarcastically replied one as he was walking away. Then he shouted two as if I was getting on his nerves. I will never go to Jimmy John's again.

I come to this location all the time. On 06/18/25 I placed a mobile order through the app:
Tuscan Italian Wrap: $12.19
#11 Country Club: $8.79
2 Lemon Sunshine Cookies: $4.58
Subtotal: $25.56
For some reason JJ's has a subtotal of $27.86 + $2.23 tax = $30.09. JJ's overcharged me $2.30 for the subtotal and no one will tell me why. You can't leave a tip through the app, so where'd it come from? I've emailed customer feedback 3 times and no one has reached out to me, so I filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General Consumer Protection division.
I'm going to go back through all of my orders and check the total. Who knows how many people this has happened to and how long it's been happening

This is my go to sandwich shop now. I sampled a big box of sandwiches at a party and ever since, I make a 2x a week visit to this store. Excellent flavor and freshness and the staff is always lightning fast with my order.

Went by today to get a turkey Tom. Once i got home and ate my sandwich i noticed the bread was hard on the outside. But i knew sandwich couldn’t hard..I found out the hard way. The bread was hard like a brick. Smh!!!! That’s my last trip to this location.
First and foremost, they got my order wrong! I ordered a giant roast beef and cheddar with the bourbon sauce. I got turkey instead. This is the 3rd time coming. Will I patronize/ try another location? Maybe the results will be a better experience. Let's be clear, Jimmy John's is a good sandwich brand.

The staff was friendly and patient with me for it being my first time at Jimmy Johns and not knowing what I wanted. The food tastes better than Subway (in my opinion). I was in and out pretty quick and I will definitely come back again someday.
