Juicy Crawfish - Stockbridge (inside Kroger Center)

Oh my God for the price I paid for these small crawdads is crazy but everyone experience is different I can't wait to get back to Houston I should have read the reviews 1st😡

1. We ordered dine-in and confirmed it was for here not to-go. They prepared it to-go anyway.
2. We ordered 2 frozen flavored lemonade that had absolutely hardly no taste whatsoever.
3. Our crablegs were old, small, broken pieces, and barely much flavor.
4. We had no customer service. No one checked on us.
We wasted our money!

I.love.this.PLACE! I always get the salmon bowl with no sauce and it never disappoints. I can't eat many things, but THIS place is the only one where I can eat and feel satisfied every time! Don't ever change!

Order crab legs today and received old overcooked crab that had barnacles on them. I was upset because I had to drive 20 minutes to replace the order. You would think due to the inconvenience that the owner would have at least apologized and offered a drink or something for their mistake. The food is decent, however in order to keep loyal customers make sure that you render good customer service. If someone has to waste their time and gas to correct your mistake be sure to apologize and offer a concession. That's common sense to any successful business owner or manager.

1st I’d like to say very clean. Service sucks. 1st time visiting, no one in line but being rushed to order. Could I have a minute to read what’s on your menu? , I asked for boil but to substitute the potatoes and corn for broccoli. An up charge of $5. Now if I said broccoli added ok I get it, but I’m not taking the other sides. The shrimp and chicken my husband got was dried to the bone. Fried to hell and back. I’m never patronizing here again.

I came in on my lunch break order 2 ten pieces combo with a side order of house rice. Got to the restaurant order came out to be $39.05. So I asked the lady at the register which her name was Ruby why the order was high she started getting snappy talking about well the side rice is $6.50 each. So I asked her why wasn't that mention on the phone she responded I was suppose to know this. Umm ma'am you suppose to inform the customers of price changes.
So I told her I didn't want the rice she gone tell me the food already done . My respond was well since you didn't inform me I don't want to pay $15.00 for 2 orders of side house rice. She states well the food is ready. Like she was almost demanding me she not changing my order. I told her I would like fries instead she was so rude and snappy.
So of course I got upset at this point. While waiting on my food to come back out she spoke something to the back cook and told them to take their time remind you I am already on my lunch break. It already took 30 minutes for food to come out. So I asked her if she could hurry up the cooks taking their precious time. She started arguing with me about it's my fault because I chose to cancel my order for the fried rice. By this time I am upset because you not going to keep talking to me in a rudely matter we all grown here.
My order finally came out after 45 mintues I left. Got in the car the wings was salty like literally you would have thought someone poured the whole bottle of salt on the wings. I couldn't even eat the wings and will be returning the wings. I almost feel like the lady at the front register told them to do that purposely.I definitely will not be back to this establishment.
This is not my first time having an issue with the lady at the register. She rude and very disrespectful and try to play like the victim.

Okay first off I like the place but I like my food to be clean and served as well the cashier was nice but I don’t think he understood me well I wanted pound of food but whatever … to get soggy potatoes I wasn’t happy at all probably won’t be back but oh well it was a miss this go around almost half every shrimp I picked up wasn’t clean .. why ?

The place was clean. I purchase 6 whole fried wings with fried okra. The wings were not seasoned. The okra was ok. They have an extensive menu. I was told the fried catfish is swai, but the catfish nuggets are real catfish

The customer service was exceptional. The food was delicious. I enjoyed everything in my seafood boil. I would go back a million times, and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone interested.
