I miss this place, had many great memories here. I hope the owners are doing well♡

My husband and I came here a couple weeks back and we were extremely disappointed. The food was by far the worst we've ever had. It was very bland like it had no seasoning on it at all $30 down the drain.

I love this place. Family owned and everyone is so nice!! I have been coming here for years and always have a great experience! I love the MR. GREENROLL and love the soup ok I haven't had anything here that wasn't great!

I love their food! It is fresh amd has exquisitely taste. Portion is decent too. I havent eaten here prior to covid restrictions so I literally enter the foyer for pickup amd go home after. Sushi is great.

I found human hair in my egg roll !!

Yesterday was my birthday so I decided to order my favourite thing from kauz sushi restaurant a banana roll and dollars worth of other food I received my order by delivery about an hour later $60 worth when I received the food I open the bag and visibly noticed grease dripping from the bag I opened it and egg rolls were covered in grease it was a puddle of grease in the bottom of the bag the sesame chicken tastes like it was setting out for 2 days the rice was overcooked And taste of dirty oil I called the restaurant's explaining my concerns I told the lady on the phone Named Lu that its taste of dirty oil she laughed hysterically saying the oil is changed every 2 days I explained to her that the food wasn't fresh she automatically said what the sesame chicken I sais yes I will return to $60 worth of food to get a refund she said she's unable to make the decisions because the manager is out for the holiday I ask if anything can do for my inconvenience said no the manager can only makeonly make the decisions and I will have to call back when she get off a vacation I call back today she said she spoke to the manager and he said he won't be doing nothing about it I let her know that I will be making a review of my experience at the restaurant she laughed and hung up do not go here it is a waste of time and money they are very rude disrespectful inconsiderate of their customer and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT NEVER!!!!
