I’m giving one star because zero stars was not an option. We stopped for a small dinner after work to take home. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. My husband went in to see about the order and has been in the store for :10 more minutes. Owner/operator——are you reading the reviews for your store?!?!?!

Exceptional service women with beautiful smile and big hair was so genuine and kind. Her name was Ria something just great spirited person and great attitude. Caleb brought out the food. I had an injury and ordered pick up and they were so kind to bring it out for me! Make sure you get the free 8 piece chicken bucket on the app! Food was delicious and hot!

Waited more than 15 min for a simple order, went inside to eat there and nobody a the register. Decided to dine-in instead, a problem to get the drinks while waiting for our food, employee was rude, exasperated and disrespectful. Other customers were upset too and requested a refund and left. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK.

Wont be going back. Night shift didnt get anything right with our simple order this girl offered a side we say okay because they didnt have the side we wanted then we dont even get the order of the reference side.....ordered large sweet tea 3 & then as we are getting our order (after waiting 5 mins) we are told they have no sweet teas bit dont worry we werent charged for it then when asked about a recipet there wasn't one like nope im sorry but i will not be coming back....poor service doing more flirting then working.

Waited 25 minutes alone in the lobby. Watched people come in wait for 7-8 minutes, not get served and leave. Time to shut this place down!
Warning Warning Warning- Never eat at this KFC location. I’m so glad they request I come inside to order (even though they were talking to me thru the window) I was shocked when I entered and the smell hit me. Old musky dank bathroom odor assaulted me. The only thing missing was the smell of urine. The thought of how many times I’ve eaten there made me nauseated. It’s shameful and they have the nerve to have an attitude. Close the whole store.

When we tried to cancel the order and leave, we were told there was no manager there at that time. Then after waiting for over 40 minutes we were told they had NO LEGS. Today on Friday March 21 2025 it took nearly an hour and eight minutes to get my order while going through the drive through. After initially placing my order there was an additional 45 minute wait just to get my food, which was lackluster at best. While the lady at the window apologized for the inconvenience this is toatly unacceptable at the highest level. Management needs to come in and do some corrective action regarding the training producers they have at this location.
