Wanted a pot pie. They were out. Left.

This was the most horrible experience yet! I placed a mobile order. With the exception of the young man at the counter, the employees were rude and disrespectful. The order was lost in the system. I asked why I had to wait for 45 minutes just to be told that they didn't have my order. When I asked how to get my money back, the employees yelled at me. It was embarrassing.

Older lady ON THE LINE enjoying a whole meal, and a drink, in view of the drive thru. Even when she saw me looking she continued eating and talking like HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS are no longer a thing. Disgusting!!!!

I was at this k f c On Sunday the service was awful.I asked for a receipt And they refuse to give me one so I decided to give them back their food and The change that they gave me.I just wanted my money back and they refuse to give me my mind money back so I call The police and I waited for a hour before.I got a police officer to come out.You guys have to do something about this KFC.And the people that works here your bad business...

This place never has any chicken prepared when I try to come and order. Arrived at 7:45pm this evening. I waited in line 15-20 min- pull up to intercom to in order and was told there was absolutely no chicken made so I'll have to wait another 15-20min. Completely ridiculous. This location right here just needs to close down. Every single time I try to come there is something always unavailable. Needless to say the parking lot stays empty so not sure why this KFC can't be run as a proper business.

The worst customer service . They can never get the order right. Always check your food cause when you get home what you paid for will not be in your bag!

The chicken either half done or your container if dripping with grease.

Your individual side containers don’t even be filled.

Order taken at 940pm 10pm still waiting on food along with other drivers at the drive thru smh. Update to review 1010 I received my food the order is wrong. I wanted two thighs and two wings I received a thigh a wing a legs and a breast. I will never come here again.
