First time coming here in long time. This place use to have fresh hot donuts today my dozen donuts were stale. Wish I had tasted them before leaving definitely would have gotten refund.

This location is always an issue - mostly with consistency. The building has been locked on 3 of my visits, so drive-thru was the only option. Then, they're always out of donuts. When they actually have donuts available, they're inconsistent with the donut presentation: all different sizes and not completely frosted or filled. The donuts themselves are also dry and stale on occasion. It's always this location, and I have no idea how it has remained open for as long as it has. I've given up trying to get donuts here, despite it being the closest to me. Dunkin' can have my money.

I was craving the maple glazed donuts and drove to this location. After getting their and noticing none in the glass case I asked if they had any and the cashier stated they didn't. Asked when they'll have some she said she didn't know. I had her ask someone else who looked like the baker and she said I don't know. I then ordered something different, 2 chocolate glazed, 2 regular glazed, one pumpkin slice and one regular cake and a milk. Got in my car and left and started eating them. After I finished I notice my throat was getting sore. It progressively got worst and now a day later I've been getting sicker by the hour. Don't ⁴know how but something is going on at that location bc I rarely get sick. Never going back there.

Was told they didn’t have the blueberry glazed cake style donut and I have ordered it there before. Just pathetic they never have any of the other donuts that are on the menu. Pure laziness.

I've been buying donuts from Stockbridge, GA store for 7 years. Never been disappointed until today. First, all donuts were stale. The cinnamon rolls were hard as bricks and formed in some type of crazy way. The Lemon filled donuts looked like someone sat on them. They were Flat with no filling. I'm so confused. I ordered a dozen and a frozen drink. I spent close to $40 with Uber eats. Never again. what's going on? is the store closing and I got what's last on the shelf? if so you need to close!!
Good, fast service. Ordered assorted dozen. Paid extra for special Halloween donuts.

Asked for ice coffee and they handed us a cup which looks and taste like literal ice, water, coffee, and a bit of vanilla syrup.. We told like like 3-4 times that we wanted and ordered a vanilla ice coffee .. LOL

It was ok! I stop because I saw the hot and ready sign on and hadn't been in a long while. Upon entering we were greeted with MEH energy maybe it was too early for the front end person bcz we didn't get a smile good morning we barely received a welcome if that is even mandatory for restaurants these days... We chose our donuts and checked out... No change in attitude upon check out, we accepted our order and left. What ever the front end clerk had going on that morning! I hope it worked out and it was a better customer service experience for the next customers...
