I have absolutely HAD IT with this location. I don't actually live in Stockbridge, and yet somehow, it makes me even madder that I don't because it does not matter what time I go to this location if I'm coming from southside to go back eastside, rain or shine, sun or snow, this location NEVER has 70% of the menu available. The only benefit to this location is if the line is empty; at least you're NOT getting the donuts you wanted in a timely manner. You better just want original or iced because no matter what, they always tell you the filled donuts are out. Every filled donut is always out of stock no matter what time you go and they also love giving you stale iced donuts if you dare come after morning rush too. Look forward to never getting the flavor you want and being handed a donut that's been sitting on the counter for 6 hours and is as stale as their customer service. Avoid this place. All they do is waste your time.

Very disappointed this happens all the time, you get what they want to give you and not what you paid for ordered lemon and raspberry filled but got no filled donuts at all only a note on the box not even a phone call to choose what we want just trifling to say the least. I’ve eaten a few but here are pics and the note.

Krispy kreme in stockbridge is the worst. Not sure who the owner is but they have pumpkin spice donuts on the order board and never have any, no matter what time of day. Online says hot light should be on from 9-11.it was not on. They never have anything and service is the worst. Just paid 2.79 for a new silk Chocolate donut. They proceeded to put Chocolate on it at window so all of it was stuck to the bag and the donut was old and thick. I know what a fresh donut is like. I will never patronize them again and want my money back. You give the entire franchise a bad rep. Any other krispy kreme is 10 times better than stockbridge location. A manager should be aware and so should corporate office.

It's 5:16pm when the "hot sign" is supposed to be on. I go through the drive thru any way, and they don't even have any original glazed donuts, none.
SHUT UP.!? On Halloween afternoon I decided to stop in the Stockbridge Ga location for festival donuts my cashier was KATELYN with rude attitude embedded she gave me a broken box that was not CLOSED I blew the horn for her to come she ignored me stood back still did not want to come to the window with these deep evil inside I am attempting to tell her about the open box she handed me she denied with argumentative attitude with me as an customer I am not even a regular customer I will not be returning to the Stockbridge Ga location where Katelyn is employed RUDE do not know how to respond to her customer(s)!

This KK is the absolute worst! I keep thinking it will get better but it doesn't. Today was the last draw for me. How do you not have half the doughnuts available on your menu?!?! Absolutely terrible especially after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Will not be back ever! I will go to the one near my job instead. Totally Disappointed!!

Ordered 24 doughnuts with mini doughnut hole box and coffee through delivery option.. all doughnuts were borderline cold and stiff as if they been sitting out for hours or possibly overnight(?). Assorted doughnut hole box had 4 glazed and 20 sprinkled, no other flavors/types - basically a sprinkle box.. doughnuts were not enjoyable and order was regrettable. Would not recommend - at least delivery option, even after a generous tip.

Placed an online order and paid for only to be told the latte machine was broken when I got there. 5 people working when I arrived nobody asked to help take my order or anything. Staff was nonchalant and not customer friendly. Waited for a refund back to my card after 15min nobody did anything. The entire staff needs customer service training manager included.

Handicap parking is by the back door, which was locked. Walked in on a conversation about a call in order. Errbody focused on the conversation and not on the other customers in line like myself who was next. Finally, I get to order. The person who took my order was from the East Ponce store and kept pointing out all the bad things at this location that's not at his location. For example, there are less than 3 choices for a dozen donuts. Early after the back door, it was locked where the Handicap parking was. Store employees were not helpful. He started with the call in order. Someone in the back said they didn't have a call in order, and the rest of the staff were looking at their cellphone, so he was the one coming back to help me. I have never seen this before at a Krispy Kream or any place where food is served.
Parking: Why is your handicap parking in the back of the store and the door locked in the early afternoon???

We were first instructed that we couldn’t go inside because they were having an employee meeting so we had to go in the drive-through. I was picking up a couple dozen donuts for a family event and was told that they didn’t have anything except for glazed so I opted for two dozen glazed as disappointed as I already was. I also ordered a medium coffee when it was presented to me. The ice was melted in it, and it was a nice small coffee cup. The rude lady at the window told me that they were out of medium cups So I asked for her to return the difference as I wasn’t receiving the product that I ordered. She then told me because they were in a meeting. It would be a few minutes for the manager to come and process the refund 30 minutes later after my brother got out of the car and knocked on the window. We finally got a manager to the window. She was as rude as the girl in the drive-through. I don’t know who chooses the employees at this location, but they’re all extremely rude and have zero class. I work it with the public and understand that things happen. Businesses run out of things and not everything is always controllable, but the horrible attitude the employees had only made the situation worse I will never visit the store again and will also tell everyone I know about the experience, I believe every employee that was working that day really needs to go through retraining, including the rude manager, who tried to lie to me and told me that it was a medium coffee when her employee already told me they were out of medium cups.

Although they were sold out of two types of the promo doughnuts we ordered on the app, all of the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. We went ahead and grabbed two of each of what flavors we had in the original order and they not only gave us a full refund for the custom dozen that couldn’t be completed, but allowed us to take the four doughnuts we picked out at no charge. They went above and beyond.
The Slimer and Kustard doughnut were full of filling and absolutely delicious.

We just came from Krispy kreme it is 8:00 on Saturday , why are all the lights off like they are closed? Hours say they close at 11. Clerk was pretty rude, and they only hard three types of donuts?! Highly disappointed.

worst experience ever at the krispy kreme location in stockbridge, ga. the person behind the counter; not sure if she was a normal employee or a manager, was rude and disrespectful. rolling her eyes at people trying to order and a horrible attitude when asked a question. and when handing a disabled person their order, rudely telling them they're suppose to use two hands, when they literally only had one working arm/hand.

The donuts are amazing when you can get them. They never have what you need. The line is always short but it takes too long anyway. They are very unorganized. Staff seem very unhappy. Slow moving. What could easily be a good experience becomes frustrating each time I go. Do better.

Who is the store/general manager or owner for this location?? Whomever that person is must not be concerned with losing revenue because this place hardly ever has anything someone wants. Seasonal donoughts? Out of them by early afternoon most days. ORIGINAL GLAZED DONOUGHTS? Often out. Throw the whole store away.
