It was ok! I stop because I saw the hot and ready sign on and hadn't been in a long while. Upon entering we were greeted with MEH energy maybe it was too early for the front end person bcz we didn't get a smile good morning we barely received a welcome if that is even mandatory for restaurants these days... We chose our donuts and checked out... No change in attitude upon check out, we accepted our order and left. What ever the front end clerk had going on that morning!...
I can’t say enough good things about this Krispy Kreme location! The service is always on point—orders are ready on time, and the staff is unfailingly friendly and welcoming. The new Passport to Italy Doughnuts are absolutely incredible—hands down the best doughnuts I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that they’re only available for a limited time; I wish they were here year-round. And if you haven’t tried the frozen mocha latte, you’re missing out—it’s the perfect...
Although they were sold out of two types of the promo doughnuts we ordered on the app, all of the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. We went ahead and grabbed two of each of what flavors we had in the original order and they not only gave us a full refund for the custom dozen that couldn’t be completed, but allowed us to take the four doughnuts we picked out at no charge. They went above and beyond.
