I guess I need to just give up on Krystals. I was in the area and had a craving for a fried apple pie. So I gotvab#1 combo with cheese and they were flat as pancakes and doughy my coke was room temperature she added no ice I wanted a pie she upsold me on two both greasy like the dried seemed redipped. And a service charge added to my Bill .44cents for OPS and service fee.☆☆UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE☆☆ Stop with the patronizing responses to customers complaints and fix the problem! Of your responses are the same! Take pride in what you serve people!

Spent $30+ On a sak full of Krystal and 2 sodas. My Granddaughter stated that the only thing she liked about her Krystal was the 2 pickles she picked off and ate. I have never been so disappointed. Just horrible, not worth a dine. Nothing like they use to be. Hopefully the breakfast is still good. Wow!
