Employee that is working on 8/12/25 is extremely rude. Asked for a receipt and she stated “receipt machine is down” walked away and didn’t come back to the window. The price she gave me did not match the price on menu even if tax was included.

Workers sorry. They told us its a 10min wait cause they cooked the last Krystal at 11.22 when they close at 12. I guess they was hoping nobody came but four cars got sent away. The employees making them loose business

Honestly it is beyond me how you can't cook a Krystal burger till it is done ?!? This is multiple times I have been to this Krystals for myself and others and almost always through the food away because it is under cooked that can and will result in medical issues and Krystals come with mustard, onions, and pickles nope not pickles at this location. Seriously disappointing I won't return here I will go all the way to Morrow. Sadly Disappointed
