All Employees were in the kitchen cursing and talking bad words extremely loud. While everyone can hear them . Including kids.

1st visit in years. Ordered pizza on app. When I arrived a little late, pizza was hot and waiting inside a locked self-service kiosk. Mobile order in app specified where my order was located and provided a 3 digit pin to open door. Easy and convenient 👍.

There were no issues with the food. However, the appearance of the store was subpar. The associate barely looked at me and provided very little customer service. Not planning on returning to this location unless I have no other options.

Usually little Caesars is good for the money always good pizza at a fair price and today was no exception on the price and the quality well maybe the quality we ordered a large pepperoni pizza light sauce when we finally got it. There was no light sauce. it was normal or heavy, but it was the worst experience had a Little Caesars. I’ve had in years we got up there ordered they gave me a pager and said it be about 10 minutes. We waited in the car for 15 or 20 minutes and when the pager went off, I went in to get my food and they told me it was gonna take five more minutes. what is the use and having the pager if you’re just gonna make me wait after you paid me we won’t be going back to this location again , they didn’t offer any discount or anything for the service I told him that we weren’t happy with the service. They said it didn’t matter I guess to them, but they didn’t say anything. They just made me wait longer so I’m done with this location and I suggest not go there because there was a driver there and he told me that was also the manager didn’t seem to care. I don’t know if she was the owner if this was a franchise corporate store, but it wouldn’t run properly. That’s for sure you you don’t treat customers this way but I guess service doesn’t matter this location.

I'm so upset about my visit to this location. I usually have food delivery from here every week sometimes twice a week. I was in the area so I decided to stop in. When I walked in there was already 5 people waiting so I was very patient waiting my turn. While I was waiting I was COMPLETELY SHOCKED at the way I heard the employee at the counter speaking to the customers. After hearing her and seeing her body language I was almost afraid to order Them my turn came I made sure that I spoke in a soft kind voice and I very respectfully asked "yes ma'am do you happen to have any of the thin crust pepperoni ready" She slowly looked me up and down then clicked her teeth and said NAHH! I then said "would it be ok if I ordered one please" and she sucked her teeth again and said "I GUESS" " And every one in there started laughing at me!! I said thank you, walked outside and started crying!! I feel like she went out of her way to humiliate me. The worst part of it all is, it was the manager. I'm done I'll never eat there again .

I literally just left there from picking up my food. I ordered an extra most bestest which is extra cheese, extra pepperoni and extra sauce. I entered my code and there was no pizza when the tower door opened. A lady went to the back and grabbed a pizza, I get home and it’s dry as ever like cardboard, not fresh, nothing extra about it. I think she just went to the back gave me anything because it was 948p and the close at 11. I called and the recording says they are closed…it’s 10:15 right now.

Walked in and stood at the counter for 7 min with no acknowledgment from the staff. These 2 workers saw us standing up there and didn’t say one thing, No “ hey give us a second we will be with you” or nothing. We had to get their attention and still no acknowledgement. If I could give this location anything less than 1 star I would. Poor service. Unclean environment. Poor service. That deserves to be said twice. 30 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready? Preposterous. The employees here don’t even really speak to customers. It’s ridiculous.
