No real complaints other than the online orders are never ready when pre-ordered. I always arrive and still have to wait while watching other cars arrive,place orders and make their way through drive-thru and get their food.

Very disappointed. I ordereda few moments ago, due to having surgery I am too sore to stand to cook. I ordered what is stated in the picture, and got what you see in the picture. Tried to call 3 times, there was no answer. So because of their negligence, we now have drinks we don't drink and food for only one.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. Right from the beginning, the young lady taking orders was rude. When I reached the second window, I saw the manager toss my cookies onto the table with a bad attitude. After I parked, I found that the cookies were hot but hard, almost as if they had been reheated in the microwave. I won't be returning again.

Ordered the $5.00 mcdouble bag . Not $5.00 dollars ,surcharge on my bill $5.60 plus tax $6.05. I asked female cash about surcharge. She said when you ring up a small drink, the recipe automatically says surcharge. Asked male server about the $.60 cents surcharge, he said , Georgia charges extra sales tax. Both assistants lied. McDonald's is charging more than $5.00 for meals deals. McDonald's lies about having $5.00 deals!!!!

I ordered a fish sandwich and it was good but extremely small to be paying almost $5 and it's that small. I knew that they made their burgers smaller but the fish too so I wonder if it's the same with the chicken sandwiches. A good fish sandwich but much smaller than what they use to be.

How does an app order drive thru order take 22 minutes and have to go inside to get it. The worst!
Stood at the register for 5 minutes while the workers listened to music in the back. One of them saw me and looked away then 30 seconds later another one came to take my order. Attitude right out the gate, I just wanted 4 Mc Chickens and a sprite. She said it’s gonna take 5 minutes to “fry” the mc chickens and said it would be much quicker if I ordered cheeseburgers. I travel the country for my job and this is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. What’s the hiring process here? Have a clean pair of Jordan’s? Will never come back again

Just left there and they said they were not taking any orders right now because they are currently behind. There are 2 cars in line at the drive thru so I guess the inside was full.

Evidently, there were issues with other people's orders when I went to pick up my mobile order. There were customers yelling about not getting orders in Curbside or getting the wrong order. However, it's really unprofessional in my opinion for a manager to yell and curse at their staff in front of customers. Bc then you have angry customers yelling their 2 cents opinions at them too.. 🙄 how do you think that makes your team feel? And y'all wonder why these kids don't want to work.. that's just one of the reasons..

This place is always horrible I try to give them chance after chance because there close to my house they always close early customer service from employees is horrible so unorganized please go to another one in the area

I Was in the drive thru and I told them I told them I wanted a Mc'Chicken biggie meal and other stuff so when I went up to the register they told me my meal I paid $20 for the food I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for my order just to see my Mc'Chicken never came i was highly disappointed to not having my sandwich I will never come back to this establishment because it's aways something with this restaurant😡😡😡😡😡😡
