Can’t even do a fresh pie on this place, and feel unsafe too got random shirts less guy inside plus have to wait 20 min to ge a manager to get a refund really disappointed to this place

Today I stopped at McDonald’s in Stockbridge. My grandson wanted the two chicken wraps combo. They didn’t put enough sauce on his wraps and they forgot his fries. I’m glad I checked the bag before I left. Everybody’s about to be out of something or they don’t wanna do anything.

The short manager/supervisor in the red shirt that helps the drive thru at night has a disgusting attitude & I’m over it. On several occasions, her employees have failed to lock the door at closing time, resulting in me walking in & unknowingly ordering at the kiosk despite them being closed. Every time, she meets me with slick comments about how they’re closed as if I just broke in or something. Leave whatever you have going on at home.

Sitting at the drive-through for over 20 minutes this morning that’s unacceptable for a fast food restaurant!

This is the second time this has happened, and I’m beyond frustrated. I was at the counter and redeemed 6,000 reward points for a frappe. I gave the team member the code, she walked off to serve two other customers, and then came back saying the code didn’t work. Somehow, the system still deducted the 6,000 points from my account—but I didn’t receive my drink. Then I was told I’d have to wait another 15 minutes to reorder.

I asked for the manager, Joe, who came over completely nonchalant, like she couldn’t care less. I explained that the points were used, the code was scanned, and we followed the correct process. Her response? She walked off, and we were told we’d now have to pay for the frappe.

This is now 12,000 points gone with nothing to show for it. I know it might seem small to some, but it’s about doing the right thing and respecting customers who take the time to engage with your rewards program. This experience was disappointing, dismissive, and needs to be addressed.

I am beyond pissed.I don’t even know where i should even start, never in me 36 years of living have in been this DISRESPECTED. For starters, the atmosphere was awful. I seen that manger cussing out the workers in front of all of their customers. It gave me a very unwelcoming feeling.

Your folks need to quit and go and get some higher education because if you can’t ensure you get someone’s order correct there won’t be much that you will accomplish in life without it. Where’s the supervision?? You have multiple screens that tells you what goes in the bag!! Why isn’t there someone doing quality control checks?? You need to do better, not for me but for yourselves.

The Sprite was flat and we forgot to tell the drive-through no ice for my drink and we were, we tell the pick up window he was Latino he use glasses he said no, he cannot make Sprite no ice that we got to go back to drive-through for A order a Sprite no ice
I’m a service and if they ask me that I’ll do it it’s not a lot
I asked for two meal number 2 they forgot to put my french fries The food was very cold The service was very bad If you want to work, please have a good attitude we pay for our food. It’s not free. I forgot to ask his name it’s a guy with a glass spent 40 bucks in my mail was a complete that’s bad thing

This location is nasty food always taste bad, the employee they are rude, nasty people, I'm been there two times and for me was enough to never comeback, never have the products that I request. And the have it it's taste nasty. I definitely not recommend nobody come this place, specially Hispanic people, they are not welcome here!!!

No real complaints other than the online orders are never ready when pre-ordered.
I always arrive and still have to wait while watching other cars arrive,place orders and make their way through drive-thru and get their food.
