It took 30 minutes to get a filet meal with fries (no salt) and a small Oreo McFlurry. I was given the McFlurry, and asked to pull up to spot 1 to wait on the fries. 15 minutes later, I went in. Once inside, I asked what was taking so long. After repeating my order, I was told they needed to drop me some fries. Mind you, my ice cream is melting. I told the young lady to just give me the salted fries at this point. I was handed a bag with hit fries. I opened the filet box, and the sandwich was upside down with the bottom bun hanging off the side by a cold piece of cheese. I asked for a filet made better. The youngest lady took it and repeated my request. The manager also repeated it, directing the cook to make TWO filets that look better. After another 5 minutes, the manager brought me a fresh order. The filet wasn't made much better, but it was hot. I told the manager that I had a word of advice: tell the drive thru not to had out ice cream to people if the order isn't complete. He asked if I had a McFlurry. I told him that I did, and it was melted at this point. He told me to hold on and gave me a fresh one.
I wasn't an anomaly. While waiting inside, a mother returned two small fries saying they were cold. Another customer was in there when I walked in, said he was waiting for a while on an electronic order that was apparently erased with service. He was acknowledged just as I was walking out.
The staff seemed to be all teens (manager excluded) and not focused on providing good service.

Ordered from App to pick-up. I waited for 10 minutes because they kept getting an order before mine wrong. Fries were luke warm once I received my food.
It's a shame that you can't get good service anymore. You have young adults that are rude and disrespectful. News flash people- take a course in hospitality please, stop acting like you got a chip on your shoulder to people!!! Not counting if your not that busy don't have door dashers waiting for their orders!! We work too and have a time limit as well. I never once seen a manger on the floor making orders get out quick like they should. Mcdonald's needs to get it together seriously!!

The nighttime crew at this location needs 2 go!!! They should not be unattended and their age clearly shows because the customer service is horrible. I will be contacting corporate and paying the general manager a visit.

I went to work a different way because this McDonald's used to be excellent. I was so disappointed. Person taking the order was mumbling so low you couldn't understand her, and she was mad about it. The person handing the food to you was very cold. I will never return.
