Today’s experience was amazing!!! My Big Mac meal was absolutely incredible. I met an extremely kind, genuine, and down to earth employee named Ron. His service was excellent, and very quick and easy. Please come to this McDonald’s!!!

Just terrible service . making everyone's order wrong and then arguing with you when you ask them to fix it. I don't mind being patient to get the order fix but don't argue with me about a no brainer issue. They left the bacon off my bacon egg and cheese. Had the receipts. Then they argue that they didn't forget to add bacon. For reference I'm holding the bacon less sandwich in from of his eyes

I really like this McDonald's. The place was decorated so cute to celebrate the Grinch meal. I love that they even handmade posters with Mr. Grinch on it that had cute sayings. They were very sweet about selling me the last of their Grinch fries...those things are just SO good. Solid McDonald's food, no issues with my order.

Last week I stopped by this location and order 3 of the Grinch meal box. I only received socks in 2 of the boxes. When I got home I attempted to call them several times, and of course no one answered. The next day I returned to McDonald’s and spoke with the manager, she agreed to give me the missing socks, which in fact she LIED, she never returned to the window to say she changed her mind. Instead she had her crew member advise me she wasn’t going to replace my missing socks. Honestly, I only went to McDonalds for the Grinch box and the SOCKS! Because I am definitely not a fanned of the food! I did call corporate, and they still did nothing.

This is a really great McDonald’s restaurant. I stopped in the morning for a quick breakfast bite and the people working the windows were incredibly nice with a great smile. It’s exactly the kind of service that we all expect. This is a great McDonald’s and gets my highest recommendation 5/5

Came in for a hash brown and peppermint latte. Waited 10 minutes before I noticed that they are way to over staffed to be waiting this long. Then I finally had to say hey ibthink I have been forgotten about. The manager asked for my receipt gave me to over cooked hard as a rock hash browns then she asked the girl where is the latte that had been sitting on the screen for over 20 min. This is insane. I think the staff seen me as a white man. And just did shifty to me for me being white. Rude and no apologies says it all. They changed my oil faster than they could make my drink and give me something worth eating. Smh McDonald's do better.

TikTok made me buy it!! 😂😂 The Grinch Meal is super cute! The socks make it worth it. Didn’t really care for the dill pickle seasoning but you can’t go wrong with nuggets. McDonald’s needs to do more “adult happy meals”!

Are here yesterday and that’s all I had to eat. Woke up extremely sick with a horrible stomach ache and diarrhea sweating nausea! Please do not eat McDonald’s food anymore it’s not good for you! As of yesterday I will never eat McDonald’s again!!!
Main reason I'm giving this review is because they undercooked the burger patty on my man's quarter pounder. People, please check the meat. Undercooked beef is unacceptable and is a seriously negligent health risk.

Always have to pull up wait and for order for about 15 min here during lunch rush. They either do not have enough people or just poor planning having staff during lunch times. Would not order here at this McDonald's if your on lunch break.
