Please be careful.... It may not seem like nothing but I asked for a 5 dollar bundle meal the automatically upcharge me 20 cents for a medium which I did not ask for it's on my receipt and it's kind of weird that everything is small fries erector McDouble but yet it says medium fruit punch 20 cents up charge Yes $0.20 may not seem too much but if they keep doing this to a lot of people and not realizing it they're making more profit I'm just saying always ask for your receipt and look the kind of funny when I was at the screen and they said pull around $0.20 I didn't ask for a medium they just automatically gave it to me and still charged me for it shame on you.

When through drive thru for my Grinch meal. Waited in line 15mins. I probably would have enjoyed my Grinch fries if they wasn't half cooked and soggy š¤¢. Of course I didn't have time to go back for cooked fries seeing how it was my lunch break. Disappointed. So basically $12 plus tax for socks. McDonald's do better for your lunch customers

I keep telling myself I wonāt ever come back here because the service is some of the worst Iāve ever experienced. I thought today Iād give them one more chance. I can tell you I wouldnāt come back here if you gave me free food. I have been waiting for almost 30 mins for a chicken biscuit.

Just left the drive thru black girl working right now needs to be fired!! Thereās no way I trust her in the kitchen! Bad attitude rude and unprofessional. I can only imagine what they doing to guest food when they hate their job. These fast food restaurants have to do better!

Took 20 minutes for 2 burgers (which weren't even made right) and a fry because they were just talking. After a few the staff were just yelling at each other to the point we could hear it. Totally unprofessional and embarrassing!
Worst experience ever at a mcdonalds....3 people in line myself being one. 25 mi years we t by before someone came to ask what are you ordering, not sorry for the delay or how can I help you! For 25 minutes the only served drive thru, as the argued and fussed with each other as they served drive thru...come to find out to their defense their POS system failed, however no one related that Info to the 3 people in line. The only reason we stayed was hu ger of course, once we got a chance to order we did, however when we were ser ed we all received the wrong orders. I can't make this up!! We the. Waited close to 10 min. again before we got our correct orders..smh. 0 out of 10 on service and communication

I placed a mobile order and came through the drive-thru Friday, September 12th at approximately 1:20pm. Whoever the two ladies were at both windows did a fantastic job with their customer service skills! They were very nice and polite with smiling faces! My food was hot and fresh and just like I ordered. Thank you!

Donāt go here I ordered the double fish sandwich with a large fry the fries were stail no salt on it and over cooked to the point where it made a crunch sound and they were too brown on the bottom the fish sandwich was not good at all they used old bun it had some molds on the top on the side there was a piece of white blonde hair as well in the fries i recommend the McDonaldās in jodeco road instead of eagles landing that McDonaldās is the best one it tastes amazing and fresh stay away from here unless you wanna have diarrhea I threw away the food. The manager and team are super slow and rude as well they make you wait and no one answers the intercom if you come here I recommend just ordering on the app or uber. But any other location then this Iāve been too is OKAY especially the one on Hudson bridge that McDonaldās is fresh just avoid the one here šš¼ thanks for reading stay safe guys.

Was served a significantly undercooked burger. What a cool thing to discover at home. Really glad i spent 11$ on it only to get home and be disgusted by it. I will be by tomorrow at my convenience to get my money back. This is ridiculous. This location is constantly serving old food or undercooked rushed orders.
