Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits-Stockbridge

Placed my order for 10 piece combo ALL Flats extra crispy wet lemon pepper. He gave me my order there was ALL drums. YUCK! Took my order back the manger said we can't do ALL Flats. BUT y'all gave me ALL drums. Could of let me know when placing my order or could of least gave half and half, could of gave drums to my husband. I would of only got the mango punch if I would of been informed. The guy taking order was nice tho.

My first visit here, the customer service was awful. The girl upfront was running drive thru and front counter. She had a attitude, the older lady fixing the food was nasty also. I waited 30 - 40 minutes for my order. 4 people who ordered after me got their food and I was told they were waiting on my tenders to come up. But you cooked someone whole wings he ordered after mines. This was a hot mess. I don't know who is the manager but the whole store needs to be trained. It was 5 people working this morning, this should have never happened. I won't be back.

Super slow mo!!! Took 7 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru. One car ahead of me. Then 20 minutes sitting waiting for my food. Do they kill the chicken here? Then dude who took the order was dry. Don't work these jobs if yall hate people. Never again.

If I want gizzards I'm coming here. I've also had the chicken combos and I like everything I've had so far.

I was trying to get some breakfast and left my wallet at home and only had Apple Pay. They have a homemade sign on their speaker box that say they cannot accept tap at the window. So I proceeded to park and go inside The door closed and locked and no one came to the door to see what was wrong or what I needed I had to yell through the door. So I go back through the drive through and they explain the lobby is closed and they can’t accept tap at the window. So I advise them that they should take the sign down because it’s misleading. This is the last of the Ms Winners and it’s a shame they do customers like this. If I was the manger I would’ve let a customer in. Money is money

The guy at the drive thru couldn't take the order for nothing in the world. The country fried steak was the worst I ever had in 54 years and the fried ocra was terrible. Never again.

Service horrible I didn't even get what I paid for I was charged for mixed and got dark only. So now I was over charged ? I called no one would answer the phone and I live over 45 mins away as there is not a local store

MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE!
Management is horrible.

Food is good . I eat here quite often but every time I have an issue ....Which has only been twice including this past issue ...the customer service from management is Horrible.

At this point I don't feel like going into what happened, but every since covid they closed the doors so you can't review the atmosphere . Which feels uncomfortable. Just pray you do not have a real issue and have to deal with management.

This use to be a big chain.

*I will say My food tasted like straight CHEMICALS.

Stopped thru on our way out of town for breakfast. Everything was great! Food was fresh, people were friendly! This crew was turning it out! Excellent team work by people who clearly take pride in their jobs, how refreshing! We will be swinging by again on our way home.

Service and food at this location have made a turn for the worse. The meals did not taste like they had before.The country fried steak looked different and had a processed taste,not good. The potatoes and green beans were not the same either. This used to be a go to when we just wanted something fast,now it will be off the list.

Sorry BoJangles but Mrs.Winner’s reins supreme in the steak egg n cheese biscuit department so you know I had to pull up when I saw that there was a Mrs. Winner’s near my doctor’s office! It was hot and was pleasing to my taste buds!

The person at the window was not nice at all. She asked for my form of payment without saying anything beforehand. The food was not good and didn't taste fresh. To be honest, the biscuit and potato wedges were the only decent items. The chicken was sort of soggy and the broccoli casserole was disgusting with some of the broccoli doggone near raw.
