I had Christine, she was great. I ordered a med rare burger, which came out well done. I didn't send it back because we only had an hour. The burger was still edible as it wasn't dry tasting, so that was good. But the service was great there.

My daughter and I had lunch here to day and had the pleasure of being waited on by Caylee. Caylee was so awesome and sweet! The food was hot and delicious! We even had a visit to our table by the manager. I’m definitely coming back! PS…please consider putting a location back in Conyers GA. We drove from Conyers to here just to have lunch!

I did a pickup order over the phone , told me it be about 15 to 20 minutes... I had a big order... The lady name Lisa was super friendly and made sure I had all my food, very good customer service and very polite I ended up leaving her a tip after she said have a wonderful afternoon etc and I said the same thing. Food was very good the baby back ribs was very good along with loaded bake potato and broccoli... Thank you for the friendly customer service Lisa...

I ordered online for pickup. I received notification that my order was ready. Yet when I arrived at the pickup area, after waiting almost 5 minutes had to call to let them know I arrived. My meal was not at all what I was used to for O'Charley's.

I regularly order the curbside Monday pit stop special for a quick dinner after a long day of work. The to-go staff friendly and efficient with bringing orders curbside. The food is always fresh and ready by the promised time.

Everything i order from here they mess it up. We order the family chicken tenders meal. They don't give us the sauce or the dressing for the salad. This is ridiculous plus this time not only did that happen again. They give us the butter for the bread. But no ducking bread or rolls. This place needs a new manager or staff.i mean damn all you had to do is read the order and put the shit in the bag.

Over the years we all know O’charley’s has lost its touch. This location is never busy and I’m unsure why the food is never on point. Our waitress was great and attentive Raz. They had $5 margaritas it was weak. The salad I ordered with my half slab ribs and steak was fresh out of a bag half frozen with more lettuce than toppings and a black hair to go with it. The famous potato soup brown, and subpar. The steak looked boiled not firm nor tender. Ribs over cooked or recooked. Mash potatoes brown ish and overcooked. The cobbler dessert not hot subpar as well. I guess this was my last visit cause I try to revisit an old place from my youth and it doesn’t add up.

Ordered pecan crusted chicken tender salad to go. The lettuce was more white than green. I had to search for the other ingredients. The chicken was overcooked. I was quickly reminded why I haven’t been there in a long time and probably why other locations have closed. What self respecting cook would serve that to anyone.

Walked in and walked out! Was empty and waited to be seated and Noone came to assist

Food was good. Got there early and there was only 1 other table there. Server with the pink hair forgot my entire appetizer, my ranch, etc. she was so busy talking that she had to ask me to repeat the order and STILL did not get it right. She had ONE TABLE and still messed it up royally.
