Horrible customer service. Lack of professionalism! Children working as wait staff, dirty, have no idea about customer service or what is on the Menu. And management has an answer for everything yet the place just does not get any better. They are clueless. If you were not off the highway you would be out of business! .

I went with my son to dine in, and we ordered a steak filet 8oz. Well done, and it was a little hard and dry. Maybe I should have ordered it medium done to get all the flavor and juicy. I also got a chili it was good, but they don't carry any saltines crackers for the chili that was a big thumbs down for me. Everything else was good/ok.

Unfortunately we didn't have a very good experience today. The bread was cold (not just out of the oven as indicated), the drinks were bitter tasting (margarita was the worst ever and who can mess up a jack and coke?) and we were charged a 30% tip before getting our bill. Thankfully we caught this error when checking the math. The steak was good and cooked just right but the chicken was much smaller than expected. This will be strike 3 on this restaurant. We definitely won't return.

Disappointing Experience at Outback
I’ve always loved Outback, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, the staff told us there was a 45-minute wait, which seemed odd. Still, we didn’t argue, as we were with kids and family. After waiting for an hour, they informed us they couldn’t seat us due to having a new staff—something that should never be the customer’s problem.
What made it worse was that we asked to speak with a manager, but they never showed up or offered any explanation. I value good customer service, and unfortunately, this experience was far from it.

Worst experience I ever had I went with my family it was 8 of us and they told they don’t have no table I waited for 45 minutes and there was an empty table the whole time and people aside from us complained about the food don’t not recommend poor customer service

Terrible service. I had a party of 9. Front desk told us 45 mins. After waiting for more than an hour no updates or seats. The place was literally empty and the servers were all on their phones laughing and playing around. Ended up leaving not coming back.

My boyfriends mother took us here to eat about a week ago(well a little over a week ago) and to be honest it was a little disappointing for us! I had mot been to outback in quiet some time but used to go all the time n loved it! The food was okay, but not great, if that makes sense! My chicken was great, good flavor n juicy but my bf’s was a different story , his was over cooked and a little hard to eat. On a better note his mom liked the ribs she got. We all had baked potatoes and side salad with our dinners , salads were very good, potatoes would have been ok if they were not so dry. Asked for more butter n sour cream and she brought us one little thing with butter n sour cream both in the little container they serve it in for 3 of is to share you would think for $130.00 you could at least get some more butter! We seen our server when she took our order n when she came to help us check out thats it! So i think we will choose somewhere else next time.. oh let me add that they were busy when we arrived n waited an hour for a table but by the time we ate it had slowed down n thinned out!

I wanted so bad to love this place! I am A huge fan of outback! Wednesday they have a walkabout Wednesday special. I placed my order, checked the lil screen to make sure it was right, 38mins, still no water, no beer I ordered, no bread…. Seriously, this is the basics, nope server Diamond was more worried about the guest complaining about her margarita that is not good enough and she used to work at outback so she knows the menu well. So I guess jokes on me, I could not get a simple beer! I asked for a manager as I was getting up to leave because again 30+ mins for water is just pathetic. As the manager is coming to me from the left, here comes the food from the right…. LMAO! Still no water, no beer, this is a joke! No accountability, no manager watching the floor. It was not a busy night. It is 6:34pm on Wednesday!
THANK GOD FOR LONGHORN McDonough, not the same price, but I will gladly pay extra for the dining experience!

Ordered a 8 oz Filet & a 6oz filet for dinner one with Aussie fries and a salad the other with a baked potato and a salad. Got it doordashed to the house, we opened our food and cut open the steak it was absolutely raw the outside cooked faster than the inside and we ordered medium well. The baked potato we had was old looking,dry and dark yellow tint on the inside. I know they would not feed this to their family so why send it out to someone elses? This is unacceptable and will not order from this location again.
