I came on December 5, 2025. The girls treated me very well and I had no problems with the pizza. That's how they should always treat you when you order something.

They are so slow and unprofessional they had doordash drivers backed up in the store driver's and customers complaining about the wait for a newish store I was very disappointed 😞

Yesterday, I ordered two boxes of pizza from the North Henry location of Papa John’s. When I received the pizza both boxes had flies, they were unatable and I was unable to use them for my dinner. I reached out to them, asking to speak with the manager. This representative answered the phone didn’t want to put me on to speak to the manager, saying that she can assist me when I explained the situation to her instead of her being apologetic and sending me out two more boxes of pizza, and collecting the one with the flies in them, she proceeded to accuse me Of not knowing what I’m talking about when I told her that the boxes of pizza were delivered on sealed the seals on the boxes were broken both boxes. She stated that if I needed it, I should bring it back to the store. I refused since I paid for delivery and tipped the delivery. I will not be ordering from them again this is poor customer service. She refused to allow me to speak to the manager, stating that she was a manager, and I aske d for her name. She told me that she didn’t have to tell me what her name is. There’s always something going on with this location and your orders. She was very unprofessional and impolite and disrespectful. She was very unprofessional and courteous and disrespectful.

This papa john's store has some of the best managers.I have ever seen. I ordered a small pizza and I got it within ten minutes and it was so delicious. This store is very busy and they work very hard and all I can ask is that everybody be patient with them because when they get orders in, they get them in by the bunches. Shout out to tiffany the manager there.I love her so much.And I respect her to the utmost. They always speak and greet you.Whenever you walk in and when i'm doordashing, they know exactly who I am. Shout out to the entire store managers and the staff way to go guys way to go. The piece I ordered tonight was so delicious.And so fresh, and it was so good. I'll be back again tiffany

Usually have good service, and the delivery people are respectful of the food they are delivering. Not this time, the door dash person, young adult woman, got out of the vehicle, swinging the bag with the pizza, once at the door kept pulling it closed, repeatedly on my disabled mother. Before trying to walk off, once more swinging the bag with our pizza. Which allowed my mom to open the door and upon acquiring the pizza the box was partially open and the pizza was a clustered mess from the abuse.

The pizza I ordered was horrible. I asked for well done it was far from. It wasn’t cooked yet I Paid for it. Stockbridge location got to do better I will NOT BE BACK THERE FOR YEARS. HORRIBLE

Ordered a pizza at 830, was supposed to be delivered by 9, 9:15, 9:30, by 9:45 I had to go up there and get my food after I paid for delivery. Apparently when my ordered was handled by doordash they stole my order, for the 3rd time this year. And not to mention when I get the pizza that was remade, it o looks like something a 3 year old made. Pictures listed, domino’s have been doing way better
